crazyeddie Posted March 13 Posted March 13 I was an FAC in the 1970's and this was our preferred aircraft to work with. I had the odd ride in most things - F4, Bucc etc but never got a ride in one of these, but god how I tried !! I was 6ft 2in then so not sure I could fit in that small pit, an aircraft well suited to small people !!! Really nice workmanship boys (and gals if you have any), well done. 3
Tonker Posted March 13 Posted March 13 A bit OT, but might be of interest here - not least as a potential promo route for when @Cam1McH gets to that stage... 1 Nah, I've only just met 'er...:pilotfly:
joey45 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 The Cockpit is looking awesome. 1 The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. "Me, the 13th Duke of Wybourne, here on the ED forums at 3 'o' clock in the morning, with my reputation. Are they mad.." https://ko-fi.com/joey45
MiGCap1 Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Just found this thread - great! A real working Jag is exactly what we need for the upcoming Cold War Germany map! I love the Jag, flew it twice on photo missions in 1986 and 1989. First jet I encountered with a HUD in the backseat. 1986, dashing along the border to East Germany: And 1989 during Tactical Fighter Meet 89: @crazyeddie You are 1,88m tall in my measuring system and I am 1,84m - and I fitted well in. 10 1 http://www.instagram.com/spetersen13/?fbclid=IwAR07OCbRZX6qISe0fS8iUQfzts_iazbm7UEsxiKNnqviADGTaRWJJN7iAws http://www.facebook.com/spetersen13/
