It is developed by a really small indie team (devs blog here). The next chopper after the Apache will most likely be the CH-47 and IIRC there are also plans for a MH-60. Can't say for sure about the accuracy of the sim but it looks like it's clearly aimed towards realism. Matt Wagner: It truly does vary, but the most common reasons are: 1- Existing contract. 2- Access to very detailed documentation and subject matter experts (pilots of the aircraft). 3- How well it fits into our long-term TBS and DCS program plans. 4- How well we think the broad market will accept the product (not just our online forums). What we are doing with Digital Combat Simulator will at least initially just focus on aircraft system (fixed wing and rotary wing).
