Without functional multi-crew capability, which we still need for aircraft that already exist in DCS, it is going to be of limited value. nhenley85 Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 TORNADO IDS PLEEEEASE I would give just about anything to fly th Tornado. Its a great aircraft and extremely overlooked in the PC sim world. I just want an accurate sim of one and the AI Tornado IDS is already very beautiful, it wouldn't take much to go ahead and make a module out of it. I'm thinking quite a few people would buy it. We need a fighter/bomber for multi-role missions. As it is now its either A/A or A/G, and it would be nice to make campaigns and missions with a good multi-role fighter/bomber. no one has done a good, detailed, combat sim of the Tornado yet. It would be nice if it were as nice and detailed as the A-10C module. hopefully this isnt just wishful thinking :thumbup:

The Tornado IDS would be something different and fun but the F-16C is definitely a business machine and would be a great addition to the sim. An accurate MiG-21 would be nice too. A "G" because you have the SEAD option but she still has everything the "E" has (just with upgraded radar/avionics and HARMs for the SEAD role). Granted the "G" wasn't in Vietnam, but neither was the Bis and I think the "G" model would be a better opponent for the Bis. The F-4G, while it has all of the systems of an F-4E ARN-101 minus the gun, it would not have been used as a dedicated fighter due to its importance as a SEAD aircraft. The F-15's were for that mission. By the time the F-4G was brought into service the F-4 (with exception of the dedicated interceptors of ADC) were used as fighter bombers. I'd prefer to see a WWIII scenario in the mid 80's where both the MiG-21Bis, F-4E ARN-101 and F-4G would be used. I'd love to team up the F-4E and F-4G into Hunter Killer teams. Truly superior pilots are those that use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills. It's everywhere really, everyone loves an F-16 and it would make for a very exciting module due to its extremely varied abilities and missions. For me its a no brainer as to what should be done next for DCS World. The F4 Phantom. (GE & RR Spey variants) The F4-D for the Americans and the F4-J, K & M for us Brits I just hope that some quality vendor/payware designer will please release a decent F-4. How about a model of one of the most produced, most sold. most successful military aircraft ever made or flown, flown by more countries then just about every other military aircraft...whats up with that..not a single decent add-on of this aircraft.
