Sensor Point of Interest.

Is that where the sensor is currently looking, or a stored point?

I only respond to that little mechanical voice that says "Terrain! Terrain! Pull Up! Pull Up!"

Either/Or.

Okay then, if you have a previously stored point, how is the symboligy different than where it is currently looking?

Not intentionally being difficult here, but the 'How it works' part is unfortunately encroaching on information I am not at liberty to disclose/comfortable with disclosing.

That's not to say it will not be - someone higher up the foodchain might very well attend to your query. Upcoming Producer's Notes will also no doubt clarify things further :)

Could you post your source please ?

Here is mine that states there was only one A-10B Night/All Weather aircraft; 73-1664 was built no mention of any crashes.

There were definitely two. One crashed, the other one is on display at Edwards AFB

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

So Feuerfalke what is the picture of an -10B with out and serial number mean? Yes the A-10 B was flown but other than that your point is not clear.

Well, if I have to make a point when posting a picture I guess it may be that you both may be "right". The serials reserved for the A-10"B" may have never been used for the aircraft, as they never entered (real) "service".

hey guys i got a question about the gun and targeting pod. Lets say there is a stationary truck on the ground. You lock onto it with the TGP. Can I go into gun mode, and still retain the lock with the TGP? This would make it much easier to relocate the target after losing a visual on it.

Yes, there is no problem with that. In fact, you do not even need the pod for such functionality.

On the arming options after the ANG project, it's a shame they never went ahead with Hellfire adaptation.

As far as I know, the A-10A could equip hellfire missiles, along with the experimental Hypervelocity missile pods (missiles that could go up to Mach 4).

What would be the advantage of the A-10 carrying the Hellfire, besides being able to carry more at once? Or would it even be able to carry more Hellfires than Mavericks(I am assuming it would carry more because they are lighter)?

This I realize, my question is what other advantages are there?
