Already asked in the payments section but not getting a reply there.

Any other way to pay besides credit card? If not now are there plans

to extend payment possibilities?

 

And last but not least, what is the reason (if anything specific) that only credit cards are accepted?

I have a debit card and it works..

Go to your bank and ask if they have a virtual credit card deal. You do not get a physical card and can only use this to buy online goods or sign up with Paypal. I appled for one and within days the bank emailed the credit card number along with Card Security Code (the three digits found on the back of every credit card that every online store and Paypal ask for). You can use this information to buy goods online and the bank will instantly deduct funds from your bank account much like they would a debit card.

There's also those pre-paid credit cards you can get at stores but I'm not sure that they'd work or if you have them in your area. Never used them myself just heard of them as an option to this kind of thing before.

Though, if that doesn`t work I have a friend who will buy me the serial with his credit card.

 

Paypal and Russian sites seems to have a mutual problem.

Thanx for the suggestions everyone, but the PayPal credit card thingy is not available in The Netherlands.

 

Ill do some research on those prepaid cards.

In most European and NA banks you can get prepaid VISA or MASTERCARDS. They are charged with a certain amount of money and are not bound to a user or buyer.

But the Wirecard thingy worked out fine. Just noticed the money was added to it today and just bought A-10C. :)

 

Seems legit enough; part of a German bank, can only spend what is in the wallet. Even if some script-kiddie retrieved your details he'd only have access to spare change (I'm not too fond of creditcard transactions on the web to start with).

 

Now the agonizing download. :D

We accept only bank cards via Sage Pay.

 

Please consider contacting directly support@sagepay.com in case of problems. They have access to much more info than we. In most cases you contact us we have to ask them.

Only bank cards..? Technically it is; Wirecard Bank gives you online wallet and Mastercard details to use. The only difference is that the card is virtual, really... and you can't work up a debt. :D

50 actually, to make sure it was enough. But I now still have €5,- in there.

Same. Got €49,- in the account, and it now shows €44,- as reserved (for payment). :)

 

edit: I did read the terms and whatnot, doesn't look shady. My only gripe is they reserve the right to send you some offers and such on your e-mail (it's in their privacy policy).

 

I can't give a gaurantee for others of course, but at least for me it worked out fine.

i've just bought the DCS: A-10 Warthdog but i'm honest, i'm to stupid for that game. So i'm selling my copy. I just activated the game once and received a message that 7 activations left. I've created a new email adress for that game, where i can put your email adress in so you don't miss any official email. Maybe it is possible to change that email in the control center too so you don't need my forwarding email adress.

 

I will not cheat you or do anything bad to you or to your account. I would accept paypal so maybe it is a chance for someone who don't have a credit card. After payment is received i will forward you all emails i received from dcs including the activation key. I think 50$ is a fair price since i also pay the paypal fees. Please write me a private message with your email adress, i will answer you as soon as possible.

Options are scaleable from 'Game' (read arcade) to 'Simulation' Mode with varying scaleability options inbetween.

Very hard, after 30 min reading instructions on how to setup your plane on the ground with all the thousand buttons in that cockpit i went crazy. Since this was just the ground tutorial :-) there are a lot of other like start and approaching and so on.

 

I think it is a very good game and the grapic is awsome but you need a lot of time.

If you manage the start-up and have flown sims before, you can take-off and land no problem. Deploying weapons and navigating is a different story though. :D

 

Just got it today; know enough already to start it up properly, take-off and land. It's definetly daunting but not impossible. ;)
