For those who do not know yet about this upcoming sim. I really hope the next module would be DCS: AH-64A but I think that is not going to happen, so you have a different sim if you want to try AH-64.

Here you have;

Overall, no, but my guess is that it will be plenty to satisfy most people.

Yeah I thought the startup looked a bit fast...Shame because I can't enjoy a flight sim if it isn't modelled exactly as it would be in real life...Feel like I'm playing a game rather than a sim!

Radar and many systems operations will be faked as that info is probably what is keeping DCS from making a sim. Start up in US a/c is typically much easier than a RU. BS is very complicated, but the A10 takes only a couple switches to start the engines.

Yeah, looks downright awesome. My question is, what should we expect in multiplayer, as I couldn't see any info on that. One would assume they plan on coop, and the ability for your buddy to fly while you gun or vice versa, but I'm surprised there is no mention. I haven't checked the forums though.

The graphics look lovely, and those cockpits are superbly modelled and rendered. Can't wait to see them in action. 2x 40x40km world seems a bit small to me, but I suppose in a chopper it's not as small, but still, it wouldnt take long to traverse that map. Good news on the DC.

Hm, 40x40km.

I guess that had to choose - lots of details on ground, but smaller maps.
