reactorone
Hi, Making my "Ace10" house. I do not want a seat ACEII way, I have problems with low back, I prefer playing on the comfort of the seat. I used the cushion and the back of a desk chair and adjusted the support function, trying to keep the appearance of a seat fighter. R1

HitchHikingFlatlander
Looks good! Like the use of custom built and off the shelf items. As for where things need to be, unless you're aiming for 100% accuracy set-up falls on what works for you not us. http://dcs-mercenaries.com/ USA Squad
agrasyuk
PeterP , agreed  Really? I think it's fine, I have a picture of a A-10C cockpit but the link isn't working now. wonder why there is a cut out in the actual thing, heh? regardless, i had my extended WH right there on a tip of the seat initially. it was much better then on table of course. but then I gathered enough courage and cut an incursion into the seat. only two inches but what a difference. Swaty
Looks better the way Peter edit the image, on the other hand you just need to offset, less work! I don't know about immersion, I guess it's better with the extension. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My Pit

TomDK
Great ! Would like top see more from the stick extension. I build mine up with the gardena garden hose system, but it is not very stable, due I use (like you) a normal seat without the cutout it would be intresting how you fixed it .... Zenga
reactorone, amazing job! I'm following your thread for a while now, but your last picture really made me going crazy. So far, this is the most advanced replica of any A-10C cockpit I've seen here! (hopefully not offending anybody else - I may just have overseen some other pictures ;) ) Even if it's not all 100% as the real one (like the engine instrument cluster which is positioned a bit more to the right - but I know why you did so) - it still gives an amazing impression of sitting in a real Hogpit! Very clean, very nicely assembled and just....impressive! Your last picture now serves as my example when somebody asks me what I'm planning to do in the next few years (I'll definitely not gonna be as fast as you). Tres bien, monsieur!!! Cheers, Zenga
