Ensi Ferrum Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Are the G940 issues fixed? I don't see mention of it..... I hope it is fixed. If not, doing a new Mod to my G940 and head back to BMS. Dejjvid Posted December 20, 2012 Author Posted December 20, 2012 Guys (and girls)! This is a preliminary change log. I can bet my old horse that this list doesn't cover all the changes in 1.2.3. So relax a bit until we see the final change log. On the other hand, some of the changes/features listed can be removed too. i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]

That was my only problem with 1.2.2.7570, the App Crash in MP, SP Ran smoothly. as for the long list of bugs, alot of them are FC Weapons bugs, who knew? anyone that played FC2 for the last 3 years did. Missile FM was one of the things people constantly whined about on every forum i've been too that has a DCS/FC2/BS/A-10 Section. Even After Getting FC3 Beta, I went back to the A-10C, simply because It's more immersive for me to use that level of fidelity. But I Still take up the F-15C when I wanna go Fast. Spanker79 Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Hi everyone...I hope an ED member reads this... All the changes that are coming up are welcomed and hope to fix a lot of things rather creating new problems. But i have a suggestion to make for you(and tell me if you find it a good idea) and for the ED members... 1) Please..Put the "save" option in the game...It's a pity someone to fly a single player mission or a campaign and if he's shot down to have to start all over again... 2) Make possible to put passwords for each side red-blue at the mission editor. With Combined Arms we can make huge missions and play them with other virtual sqnds..Putting a password could prevent a player from red team to move the blue ground forces and vice versa.. 3) Make possible to create a dynamic campaign..This utility is already in use at FALCON BMS and after these years the BMS game thanks to this utility has a large group of dedicated players... These 3 things could change the entire game we love... What's your opinion guys??? Thnx for reading this... ◈ Lock-On Greece / DCS World Greece http://lockon-greece.forumotion.net/ 1st Hellinic Virtual Squadron for Flaming Cliffs & DCS World ~ Flying since 2008 ~
Endy Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Well, as to each point: 1) Nice idea, although in SP you can use replay track and then "Take Control" at the point you choose. You could play a mission differently from that point and it basically acts like a save game option. Does not work well for MP sessions. The tracks often break and you can't replay them at times, the game just crashes. Maybe it's too much information or something. 2) Yeah, would be helpful perhaps on open servers. Not really needed in private sessions assuming you got decent and honest people. And it's easy to spot. 3) By all means yes :) Having a DC in DCS would be the best thing ever.
Darkwolf Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Ed has some kind of love for secrets and last minutes news. I'm sure when they'll work on Dynamic Campaign, we will be the last to know and they'll make something just great (and also full of bugs :) ) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] PC simulator news site. Quirkitized Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Vaggos, these have been suggested for years (except your no.2) highly doubt it'll ever happen. Just check the wish list forum.
theGozr Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 you can use replay track and then "Take Control" at the point you choose Wooo! Quantum physics at work :) Fly it like you stole it..
Dejjvid Posted December 20, 2012 Author Posted December 20, 2012 Sometimes I think it's nice to see a dynamic campaign in DCS. But I don't see it a killer feature at all. I'd rather see EDGE, new maps, playable infantry, playable naval units (subs and surface) and RTS style CA controls on the F-10 map. After all the above is implemented I'd say the DC can be interesting. i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]

Silver_Dragon Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AIM-54_Phoenix The AIM-54/AWG-9 combination was the first to have multiple track capability (up to 24 targets) and launch (up to 6 Phoenixes can be launched nearly simultaneously); the large 1,000 lb (500 kg) missile is equipped with a conventional warhead. The AWG-9 radar system carried by the F-111B and F-14 Tomcat was one of largest and most powerful ever fitted to a fighter.
