I'm going to resume it to you in nine lines: Of course! I’ll spend the same amount of time making that short track file as ED's spent improving the FM-DM of this specific model (and of all warbirds in general) over the past decade. With this I’m not saying I won’t do it…I’m just copycatting ED’s philosophy: never say no to any complaint and just postpone a solution (something that’s been working for more than ten years). In any case, and as possible reference material to work on, I recommend you take a look at all the end user complaint posts since the much-hyped new DM was implemented quite some time ago. With nothing further, please accept my best regards and I’ll be waiting for further news (though I’ll take a seat, since this issue has been in “the priority queue of a small group of talents doing what they can for so long that hardly anyone here even remembers anymore”).

Has anyone else built this yet? I made the original with the button matrix a few years back and now have a PCB but my design abilities are not great, so I haven’t been able to modify the original design to encompass the PCB. Has anyone else managed to do this and use the PCB?

Hi dear community, I have recently started tinkering around adding RSBN data into Marianas scenery for the loved Mig 21. I have added the "Marinas" scenery to the R_NAV_data.lua Maps_Table list. For testing purposes, I have copied one of the existent R_NAV_data_[scenarios].lua with the Andersen values for 06L for "RSBN_data_Marianas" { airbase = 'Andersen', -- 1 lat = 13.58035, long = 144.91567, alt = 531,-- rwy = 066,-- length = 8500, code = '-- .- -. ' --/N/ MAN_ }, And for ARK secto 1 I, channel 1 country = 'GUAM', --1 / absolute 1 freq = 999, lat = 13.58035, long = 144.91567, location = 'Andersen', -- code = '.-.. -.-- .- ' --/N/ LYA_ As you can Imaging, this doesn't work. I would like to know if anybody can provide some advise how can it make it work. Cheers!

Cannot confirm. Tried again yesterday with a dogfight I won. After a few turn "I" started firing into the blue sky, and very soon the bandit was behind me and killed me.

Until recently the WW MIP screen(3) have performed flawlessly, with SimAppPro open and the MIP loaded and arranged correctly - DCS now hangs / stutters or freezes once into the initial loading screen. This only occurs when the screens(3) are connected. I've applied all the usual stuttering fixes found in other forums, Process Lasso is running as advertised, separate powered hub for the screens, tired different versions of SimAppPro, fresh DCS install, different DisplayLink drivers, different versions of the Nvidea drivers and tried numerous settings within the DCS graphics setting... (Not a VR user - yet) ...once the screens(3) are disconnected everything runs like butter, even with SimAppPro, Buttkicker, TrackIR, and multiple Virpil control panels I've reached out to Winwing and ED and they both confirm theres is an issue, but have yet to identify / isolate or offer a possible solution, so I'd thought I throw the issue here, see if anybody has any suggestions. Expanding on this, I ran LatencyMon and found high numbers on drivers/service ntoskrnl.sys and Wdf01000.sys Im not sure what these are but it clear that CPU resources are spending all their time in those 2. any thoughts gents...? I live in the Philippines and unless I use a VPN to change my country, I am unable to update DCS. The update keeps timing out. When I activate my vpn and change my country to somewhere like New Zealand, the updates go off without a hitch. That's well and good on my main computer but I am trying to set up a dedicated server where my squadron and I can play missions together. On that computer, I do not have any VPN software enabled and thus cannot update. Feels like discrimination.

cant wait for northern region too, served in Kunduz 2009. I really hope there will be ANA ANP assets and updated german forces like Dingo, Marder, TPZ (jammer), EOD to CAS some IED sweeps If not ED will make it, i hope some Modders will do it.

The N001 has a TWS mode. However, the outdated weapon control system and R-27 missiles do not allow firing at the target in the TWS.To use the R-77, the weapon control system was replaced and changes were made to the radar algorithm. The 9-13S uses a weapon control system from the more advanced MiG-29M. RLPK-29M, which means firing two targets in the game in STT mode is a bug, as is a single target when using R-77 missiles.

Thanks for a very comprehensive overview. Extremely useful. I find the QP is very comfortable even without an extra strap. I don't use any face gasket so it makes it easier to get the lenses closer to my eyes. The sharpness is excellent so I would not really want to lose the crisp cockpit detail. Although I would prefer a DP connection I don't really notice any compression artefacts. I also have the Rift S and I find the immersion is better with the Quest Pro. I think this is because of the wider FoV and possibly as it is easier to control the binocular overlap. The Rift S feels like looking through a letter box when compared with the QP. I guess some of this comes down to head shape, relative eye position etc. I think I will stay with the QP for now.

Hunter, Sea Vixen and Lightning most likely have no market share, Buccaneer is closer, Jaguar could make some money as DCS module, and Tornado is in development. Brit Harrier have to be delivered by RB, they at least have FM for it, but again, GR would be just either too similar, or too limited to current AV-8B, while FRS no matter what particular era we pick, doesnt strike me as fun module, unless you are SA map enthusiast and like to recreate history in DCS. Old FRS is propably more fitting DCS, some niche for CW interceptor, butt with just aim-9L and unguided a2g it would have hard time making it competetive, both pve and pvp. IRL it was fighting against 2nd gen fighters...

В мануале условием для ACT PFZ является не только наличие активной зоны, но еще и наличие списка целей FCR, либо своих, либо полученных по даталинку. В целом если нужен поиск в каком-то небольшом квадрате - хватает OWN PFZ.

В сентябрьском обновлении, скорее всего. Видео с холодным запуском - хорошая примета ))
