  2. FLY TOGETHER is a new format in which you can follow the entire mission as a movie, including comments from the developer. This is not only intended to provide insight into the missions and their structure, and in particular the ‘fun factor’, but also to illustrate how much you can potentially learn, not only to master the aircraft and its systems, but also to behave like a pilot. What should you pay attention to? Why is it better to do it this way and not another? You will find answers to these and other questions here. You are also welcome to ask questions or share your opinion with us. https://youtu.be/7KMIdgaREEU
  3. Let them release the products of their work. We don't need videos.
  4. Just wanted an update from the team, as the one @BIGNEWY provided in this thread, in May.
  5. Well, we can already tell that this is going to be at least somewhat the case. The english cockpit that Wags is using is labeled Miles on the HSI at the least. Although the HUD and HSI units look identical.
  7. aspettiamo 104, Tornado, EFA, F-35
  8. With the pace of Wags videos, tomorrow looks doubtful.
  10. If it doesn't come out tomorrow, the MiG-29 could come in hotfix form by the end of the month.
  11. Only doable through settings in the ME as far as I know... The IR Suppressor of the SA342 Gazelle can be added/removed through the Rearm/Refuel menu.

  16. This is one reason to give the users the ability to add custom waypoints or procedures. It is to much work for a small developer team to build reasonable procedures. That must be done by the community. Also other maps have failure. And think about maps like Normandy. Those airfields doesn't exist anymore.

  18. I mean I'm doubtful but hopeful Seems early with where the videos wags had released are at, but maybe...

  21. First Forum first thread ,on the forums page
  22. Its been a while since I played this. Maybe @connos knows? But it sure was great, well worth the time!
  23. Where are the patch notes if there is a patch notes discussion here?
  25. Event banner for REFORGER 2503 Air Live Exercise 'Rugged Anvil' Welcome back to everyone reading this; in this post we are going to briefly recap the events that transpired during our recently held REFORGER 2503 event with the title 'Rugged Anvil'. This being our first event that took place on the then all new Cold War Germany map by Ugra Media, we have spent many hours putting together a convincing IADS grid according to historical data and based our scenario on real life defensive plans from the 80s. A snippet from our planning maps depicting an overview of the three killbox zones we set up. Star symbols with four digits are all targets which were also hit by strike flights This allowed us to construct a mission profile that offered something matching the real life responsibilities, or as best as we could match them up, of different squadrons and airframes of the time and mission set. Up to 15 targets were scheduled to be hit in this event and luckily our BLUFOR CAP tasked flights opened the skies for our strike flights to go in and do their work. Of course, we did feature human aggressor pilots again, who were reinforced by the vPLF in their MiG-29s which posed a significant threat to our flights and did a great job poking and prodding at the right spots in our ATO in order to produce some interesting engagements. Making use of Dutchie's fantastic Red Flag script again, we were able to get into some awesome engagements. If you are part of a cold war focused milsim squadron and this event series is of interest to you, please consider reaching out to me here in the Forums via DM. I am looking forward to hearing from you! Now as always, please enjoy some images taken during our event... A couple photos of the MF-1 flight sent out by ALA17, the 'Bulls' The 4 ship of F-16s of the 119th Jersey Devils from DCAF also showed up. They were doing some BAI using AGM-65s The RDAF showed up again, doing some SEAD for us, suppressing a SAM site near the FEBA 892nd NAS brought out a flight performing close escort again NOSIG had a strong turnout again, bringing into the event a full flight of AJS-37 Viggens who did a fantastic job destroying a suppressed SAM site behind the FEBA 2/5 EC IDF of JTFF doing what they do best: They had a great sortie where they performed their CAP tasking without hiccup AVAW attended again, bringing a flight of F/A-18s tasked with DEAD We also had comrades of the 480th and 526th TFS participating. They flew a SEAD and STRIKE sortie against different targets TDCS made it out with a flight of A10s; they were tasked with BAI inside one of the killboxes to halt an armored assault on the town of Steinbach Our aggressor pilots of vPLF, JG1, ROSS and 59th TFW flying out of Allstaedt this time around They received their orders well ahead of time to give them ample opportunity to come up with a plan that prods at the shortfalls and gaps of the blue ATO Some more images of ALA17 AVAW at the SHELL tanker SABRE flight of RDAF VIKTOR flight of NOSIG's F22 892nd NAS of JSW 119th Jersey Devils of DCAF in action; they executed on their plan without issue and scored a kill for every Maverick fired AVAW in action during some fair and some not so fair weather conditions A couple BLUFOR recovery shots; Of course vVF-103 participated as well Some aggressor recovery shots All in all, this event was another great success. Unfortunately we did suffer some server performance issues which caused some disconnects but overall we had a fantastic turnout and most everybody had a great time. We are already working on the next event and are looking forward to flying with as many likeminded people as possible again! Thanks for reading and best regards, Rohrkrepierer o7
