Update on Iron Flag Part 2?
baltic_dragon replied to MamaPrince's topic in A-10C Iron Flag Part I Campaign
Hey Dave - thanks so much for your kind words and for the offer! Unfortunately pre-order is not an option but I'm actively hammering the main script writer for the campaign to get his s**t together and start pumping out those scripts! Can I post part of this review on my social media? -
Ok I'll get the track file and send it ! Thanks again

FREE FOR ALL - ATO (AIR TASKING ORDER) TOOL

can you make ato fragment generator? -
@Jenson it was fixed in the last update. But had to despawn Cajun and spawn a copy to fix it.

Ah sorry, hatte ich übersehen. Die letzten Posts waren alle in englisch. Aber die Frage bleibt, auch auf deutsch ;-).

I cannot find the reason, we'll test the mission again and react accordingly. If you finished it then skipping the mission from campaign menu won't be a cheat!

we have reported this to the team thank you

Unfortunately I have no additional twin axis lever just to control the brakes. Both throttle axis' are bound to the engines. Therefore I use a 5-pos dome knob to control the brakes. This allows to setup left and right brake to a 5-pos dome knob: left brake = left switch, right brake = right switch, both brakes = center switch and to use the dome switch as a simple steering. That's how I set the brakes up for all WW II piston aircrafts and for the Bronco too. But for a controlled stop there is also a binding required to control both brakes simultaneously. Why is that additional binding missing - both brakes, either as an axis or as a switch - for the Bronco? That's the way as it's implemented in all WW II piston aircrafts which uses differential braking: one binding for left brake, another for right brake and a third binding for both brakes.

@Vasco Ferreira no worries. It is frustrating for everyone, but then again - DCS is still great even with these bugs. -
not a bug Mission 1 no ALCS (UTM Fail)
baltic_dragon replied to G21pilot's topic in F/A-18C Raven One: Dominant Fury campaign
Yes, ICLS is offline (it is mentioned in the briefing). And it is offline for a reason - you have to fly manually and closely listen to paddles. Don't use the stock radio for the Supercarrier (also included in the briefing). -
Hi, Some animations and functions are still W.I.P, please stay tuned for future updates. thank you
-
Hi axis for zoom is working here, are you sure you are in the axis section? as for the jettison it is reported. thank you
-
Yeah 10fps with your system seems odd for sure, if you have a track replay that isnt to big, attach it so we can test it also. Just bear in mind some servers run many scripts and external databases which dont play well with track replays. thank you

Stupid question

Sorry, I should add it in M01 actually. I started updates as I was fixing the issues in different missions, hence the whole confusion... -

About us Virtual Air Fighters is a community that has been described as "MilSim Light". We fly exciting Hollywood style missions, with an emphasis on fun and engagement over pure realism. We invite all UK pilots to come and give us a go. We are welcoming and now we're coming to the end of the summer holidays, it's time to get back to mission readiness. Links below for our application form Pilot Application This application is for all new pilots who wish to fly with us. Once we have the numbers you will be split into individual Squadrons depending on your abilities and preferences. Navy or Air Force. Just because you select one group now doesn't mean there isn't the ability to change in the future. Squadron changes will happen at the discretion of senior staff members and a request to move cannot be made more than once per year. We must make it clear that we are NOT a heavy military simulator group, we run exciting missions that don't always conform to realism. When we bring on new pilots we are way more interested in your personality and how you fit into the team than we are with your skill set. New applicants will be required to do a check flight with a senior member of the team. This is to ensure your personality fits with our team. Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years or Older Must reside within the UK/Ireland. HOTAS or Equivalent. Headset/Microphone (Required) Must be able to fly at least 1 day of the 2 per week. See application form for days. We are extremely flexible when it comes to flight times, your personal life will always take precedent over any sim flight team. We are understanding to your personal needs. However, a continuous lack of communication or involvement in the team over several weeks will result in a single warning followed by removal from your Squadron and if necessary a reapplication will be required. That is possible with the trigger for fuel... I'll wait and see if I get any other reports about this one.

Yes, the splash damage is much bigger now, on my list to check (and while at it, update the FARP with new assets we have available now). Thanks!

Hey! Apologies for late reply. We introduced some changes to M9, things should be working much better now.

I'll see if I can fine-tune it.. but if you get the prompt for report you should already be in zone.. but glad it worked well on the second try. -
Hello commander , thank you I already understood this subject but it got a bit clearer I will try to use the in-game performance monitor and see what happens What I don't understand is that neither the GPU nor the CPU go above 20-30% usage (according to the Nvidia monitor) Shouldn't the CPU be around 90-100% if it was the bottleneck? And even if it is 4 years old , it is still a i9-10900K, it should give me more than 10-30 FPS right ? Hello Big news , thanks for your help I will try that! I perfectly understand that the MP missions can be huge but I'm talking about 10 FPS , there must be some problem regarding CPU and GPU usage ?

Thank you!

Negative, I won't be touching it. Campaign was built with Litening and swapping them could possibly lead to issues. Players are free to do so on their own risk especially with the current issues with the Sniper.
