  5. Please give me a little more context on what you mean by configs. If you are referring to the lua code etc, all of that is good. Remember I had them all working not that long ago. And other 49 still work great. That's not it, but I'll revisit just in case. What I changed out was the model in blender.
  6. You have a good working model and config (or more), and a bad non working model and config. If I'm totally clueless in that situation I swap models and config to see where the cause might be. E.g. A is good, B is bad. Model A, Config A - good Model A, Config B - which result? Model B, Config A - which result? Model B, Config B - bad For configs I usually do a line by line comparison next, for models, I ask for further help

  8. I have a license key for Windows 10 but I still bought a license key for Windows 11, which I paid €0.50 for at Cdiscount, so it cost practically nothing.
  9. I used the FARP template to create armed static buildings/houses, 50 of them in total. There is another thread about them in this section, you'll find it. Had all 5 of them working in game, just needed to clean up the textures. So I went through and redid many of them, and for many object, I'll say this effort did result in real improvement. Except now, for whatever reason, I cannot load one of these objects. It shows up fine in the mission editor, when I view it (see attached image). I am trying hard to determine what setting is different with this one, vs the other 49 objects - reviewing the blender files, etc. Nothing helps. What in the hell did I do? Ideas?

  12. First off no I don't have the original track, I made this post on July 13th, it's now September 5th, I have other more important axes to grind IRL. I'm aware of what it was originally used for and I'm aware that develpment of a new replay system is in progress, albeit slowly. The Spitfire stands out amongst all the modules I own as having completely broken replays, particularly bad on take-off with the bouncing image we used to see more frequently. I'm not expecting a miracle and I'm certainly not interested in being a drama farmer, but ignoring your client base isn't classy. Have a great weekend.

As for further development, we do have some work being done internally on tracks, but as pointed out, its not been a fast or easy task and not a super high priority right now with work going with things like Vulkan, etc. Also this is a bug report, if you are reporting an issue besides the OP, please include a track of your issue you are seeing or your post will be removed as OT.   16. Oh my God, not again. No. This has been discussed to death. Does this idea need to somehow literally be shot into the Sun before it meets the fate it so deserves? I really do not see how taking DCS and then making it less value for money is so attractive for some people.
  17. Yeah, like most of high-fidelity modules. Dont get me wrong, it is quite nice to have a fully developp nav system, it just get boring / heavy whenever you have to do it over and over again in MP server.

It has no official campaigns, but the MB-339 has an unofficial free campaign set there: If you don't like to create your own missions, maybe the Kola Map would be a better fit for you, it has some resemblance since it's made by the same map developer. I own both maps and have enjoyed them a lot, but Kola seems much more popular and therefore has more content available (including a couple of official Campaigns).

  20. As it is almost 5 years since this thread was started, hardware evolved too. Get yourself a FFB base, a good grip and extension with a length dependant on which grip and base you use. My Rhino has a ‘built-in’ extension already, and my Virpil grip is quite long to begin with, so I can get away with a 10cm extension - as it is the equivalent of using a 20cm one with regular grip and base.

  24. What's your opinion of how the whistle sound effect is implemented? Can you hear a whistle sound with closed oil/intercooler flaps at 200 kts in the real thing? If not, at what flap condition/speed can you hear the whistling sound? I've yet to find a source that doesn't 100% disagree with how M3 has chosen to implement the effect so far. thx.
  25. In summary, for helicopters, is it better to use the 200mm extension and 20lb springs? Are there any other modifications? Or is it better to leave everything as default?
