Your issue is different so may need to raise your own post. This is the error in your log. Maybe check what the DNS is configured on your system, and update it to use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Are you using aa VPN or anything of that nature? Recommend raising your own post. 2025-09-20 16:01:49.063 ERROR ASYNCNET (11232): HTTP request dcs:modules failed with error 6: Could not resolve hostname 2025-09-20 16:01:50.488 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): login was cancelled. 2025-09-20 16:01:50.498 ERROR ASYNCNET (11232): HTTP request master:en/export/newsletters/ failed with error 6: Could not resolve hostname 2025-09-20 16:01:50.552 ALERT LUACOMMON (Main): Error: GUI Error: [string "Scripts/JSON.lua"]:525: [string "Scripts/JSON.lua"]:240: can't parse JSON at char 1 of: Could not resolve hostname -

Most Efficient BVR climb and Highest performance Speeds
Q3ark replied to AeriaGloria's topic in DCS: MiG-29A Fulcrum
That’s great and all but what were your cruise settings? What altitudes did you fly at for each aircraft? What throttle settings? also if you don’t like the mig why are you here? -
I believe this is running the DCS.exe in the bin-mt folder and you should instead be using the one in the bin folder instead. They're both multithreaded now and bin-mt will be removed in the future.

It might also have to do with your specific settings in whichever software FFBeast uses. I had issues with trimming in the F-4 and F-14 with my Rhino until I finetuned the settings - but it took a while for me to fully understand how the software works. It might be something related to either too much spring force or too little, or too much friction counteracting the spring force. All I know is that is works fine for me, but others have reported issues with it too, using a FFB stick. If I were you, I’d check the settings in the FFB software.

MadKreator, that was it. I didn't have use system resolution checked. Pilot error on my part. All is well. Thanks for the help.

Since the update, I can't move past the loading screen

Please attach your DCS log file. This issue may be unrelated, or have a different resolution, but need a log file. -
If that's it, cool.

A number of years ago, Sven told me they had something else in mind after the Kiowa - it’s not my place to disclose what - but something might have happened to change that. We’ll see, I suppose…

Will we be able to export MFDs at launch? And if so - which ones?

Reshade VR Enhancer Mod (VREM)
mkel2010 replied to lefuneste01's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
I've tired to do this several times. The first photo shows where I start. The second photo shows the initial setting and the third shows the final setting in 2D. The last photo shows what i end up with in VR with these settings. For some reason Reshade does not appear to be working. -

Can't believe how much time I spent the first time setting things up until I started using Helios. Then it kind of dawned on me because you get the visual representation. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

This is a silly one, but it has been wrong for quite a long time (probably a year or so). It's practically impossible for me to capture a screenshot of it to show here, but this is pretty simple to reproduce: Get a SU-25T to spawn in Cold Start, start the Right Engine and go to the External View (F2) and watch the Left Engine start instead. And vice-versa. In cockpit view, the RPM gauge shows the correct engine RPM increase. Only the exterior model has them swapped. Same problem when stopping the engines.
