Excellent video @AeriaGloria! Thanks for bringing more understanding to us, I really had no clue. I think it is awesome the MIG-29A can hit a moving target with a built-in targeting system in the airframe, many other aircraft like F-16/F-18 uses targeting-pod / TPOD to hit moving targets, but the MIG does it by itself! @AeriaGloria can you make a video in slow-motion demonstrating each step how to use pre-designate (with focus on the HUD), because all videos I have seen on Youtube does this very fast, and I have a hard time to understand how to place the markers, what each markers does, how to place the new markers, when to release the bombs and so on. I would be very grateful and appreciate a video like this if it is even possible you could share a video like this!

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough - I don't want to negate it; it's much preferred to a toggle button as I can use a suitable control on the throttle and tell physically by it's position if it's out or not. I guess an illustration of the controls in the manual would help; the way it is now, I saw the flaps illustration and moved on.

А вот к стати, хотел спросить по поводу закрылок, читал, что в гражданской авиации при попадании в условия обледенения при заходе на посадку, после приземления закрылки рекомендуют не убирать, что бы не повредить их успевшим нарости в процессе захода льдом. А как у вас в таких случаях поступают? Рулите с выпущенными?

After the hotfix patch, I still can't get KGMUs to work reliably. They still fall short, and still only dispense only a single cluster of bomblets even though I'm holding the pickle button. Has anyone gotten them to work? And if so, how?

@arnon Hi, some stuff changed since Sniper ATP released so it would be best to do some research regarding those changes, There is Wags playlist on the F-16 and last 2 videos are about the Sniper pod I suggest you watch those: Also there is Viper Mini Updates thread on this forum whee you can find info about updates to the Viper: Then there is the dreaded manual, you can find it in your DCS/Mods/aircraft/F-16C/doc folder. Regarding old Litening targeting pod, it is a mix of Litening and Latirn pod which is not realistic and way too sharp for the time period of our F-16, it will be removed after they do proper simulation of Lantirn pod as far as I know.

This should really be on the list of things that need overhaul. I agree with the OP.

Создай уже себе отдельную тему, назови ее “лавка у подъезда” и обсасывай там кого хочешь, маши секретными документами, обзывай приходящих на форум людей проститу… в общем делай что хочешь, тебе слова никто не скажет, но перестать уже загаживать своими разборками темы, где люди по интересам собрались и просто делятся опытом.

If you deselect sequential mirrors, you can use any combination of mirrors or a single mirror and they will all render at the same frame rate as the rest of the image. Not sure if the sequential option is messed up, or if it’s meant for and works better on very low-spec computers

Если в двух словах - не способна его спо сигнализировать о пусках амраамов, фениксов и иже с ними. Теоретически возможна модификация прибора которая могла бы на ряду с ложными срабатываниями фиксировать пуск, но это все теория и доказательств таких модификаций у них нет. Поэтому, как тут уже и писали, отталкиваться надо от того что если тебя взяли в захват то скорее всего это либо амраам на подлете, либо кто-то сделал пуск.

Hello hello. Major updates here. First, a van passenger seat has been installed. Junkyard, 25 bucks. Super adjustable. Will be replaced eventually with a moving seat for motion. Second, pedals installed. Using winwing with a FFB kit. They are magnet mount so repairs can be done easily. Might hard bolt it down, not sure yet. I did finally get the vprhino installed as well. 50 amp power supply is located in the foot area of the sim. Third, panels. I will have it cut out of wood by this Sunday and begun the final install of everything. Will be soft mounting the screen for the displays as the final version will be magnetic mount as well. This is due to a pair of stiffening bars behind the front panel. Can't install the screens in their housings because of those bars. Fourth, I should have all the cockpit panels done by Sunday as well. I was going to use tek, but my dad talked me into learning it and building my own. Using the dcs bios kit master-slave system instead. Anyone interested in the tek left side panel, fire panel, armement panel, happy to sell it all. Fifth, the computer rack is done and I'm currently downloading dcs onto it. Literally an army surplus server rack hard case with a 4u rig plus a server rack screen keyboard combo. It's Belgian keyboard so that's neat. Sixth and finally, I've included a shot of the paint cans I used. Highly recommend them for accurate military paint. They do have gallon and quart sizes but rattle cans are great too. Until next time.

The command bars on the attitude indicator do not work. When the ADI is turned off, they should be on the side of the ADI. In the MiG-29, similar to the MiG-21bis, this type of ADI and these crossbars should be able to provide information about the necessary pitch and roll to capture the RSBN radial, information about the aircraft's position relative to the localizer and glideslope. I believe that even in Return mode, the ADI should provide information about the necessary pitch and roll.

Literally all this crap could be coded into a script.lua file and let the 'casual' players to enjoy DCS graphics while playing WT I'm NOT saying that ED should do it just that is possible and .... man even I am piss3d by that guy The time ED spend codding and debugging, the money we spend on modules, terrains and now this is what we all miss?!
