Yes, it freezes is minutes when temperature is low enough independently of pitot heat. -
I have several server instances inside Saved games like this null picture should go here but silly forums are being silly see below Inside each folder is a complete set of sub folders with its own config folder , missions etc etc etc When I want to say start my ca server the command line switch is added like this: D:\games\DCS_dedi\bin\DCS_server.exe --norender --server -w DCS_ca is that how you lads are trying to do this ?

МиГ не гражданский самолет , летает чуть в других режимах и не так ограничен схемами воздушного движения. К тому же имеет не щелевые закрылки как у гражданских самолетов, где как раз и может собраться лед который при уборке может что то повредить. Поэтому для 29-го диапазон обледегения довольно узок, как правило при заходе на посадку . Боролись увеличением скорости и смещением рубежа выпуска шасси , где у него в основном лед и нарастал . Закрылки всегда были чистыми. С выпущенными закрылками даже почти не возможно освободить ВПП , не наехав на какой нибудь фонарь )) был свидетелем)).

Thanks, not sure about a video just yet. But all that matters is your target, a vehicle for instance. You put the pre designate on the vehicle. Release lock on the vehicle. Then put your reticule on the vehicle. If CCRP just hold fire button when pipper is on vehicle. Without pre designate for CCRP you just cover vehicle with pipper and hold fire button. For example go to end of my video, I do a rocker run. You can set YouTube to play at 0.5x speed or 0.25x speed. I put pre designate on target, release lock, then cover target with pipper to fire.

Sometimes older USB keyboards start acting strangely under heavy modifier use in games like DCS. It can be useful to stress test the input response of the spacebar and other keys to check if the issue is hardware or software related. A tool such as Spacebar Clicker can help confirm whether the keyboard drops input after sustained presses.

i tried uploading the mission to my multiplayer server - but the server was not found. (it's not the server issue i think, because the ports are open, server is set to public and any other mission loads and is seen in dcs, only this specific mission doesn't). very good mission imo

You can't remove them. If you need a clear sky picture just wait a few minutes, they'll disappear, but they'll come again - it's a cycle. It is reported already.

Currently investigating a reported bug, where the CH-47s will not push to the hold once they have inserted the ground troops. This means they are still on the ground when the ground troops have cleared their objective and require extraction. This breaks the mission at this point, as there's no helos to come pick them up from the extraction point. Hoping to have this sorted/fixed and released to ED by the Close of Play Friday 26th November.

The ADI shows abnormal and jerky motion in the pitch indication. I have attempted to show this in the attached track. However, the issue is easily reproducible, as it is visible at first view. ADI bug.trk

Ты упускаешь одну маленькую, но очень важную деталь. Это небольшой коллектив! Их мало! А делают они модели, равные которым по уровню проработки, трудно найти в мире! К тому же они еще и достаточно интенсивно развивают сам симулятор. (То же не все гладко, но симулятор развивается!) И что бы на что-то жить, им нужно постоянно выпускать новые модели. Постоянно, в этом плане, двигаться вперед. Ты кичишься своим долгим пребыванием здесь. Если бы было по-другому, ты бы не стал говорить про "я тут на форуме всего 19 лет" и "И я бы не сидел десятилетиями на форуме". Но ты так и не понял за 19 лет, как здесь все работает. Как будто - первый раз в первый класс. Если бы ты читал форум, ты бы наверняка увидел посты разработчиков (писалось несколько лет назад), в которых были объяснения того, как работает их конвейер. Давно бы все понял, и не писал бы посты про то, как тебя все забавляет. А просто написал бы спокойно об этой недоработке руководства и все. Короче. Эта недоработка руководства может быть не исправлена очень долго. А может быть и никогда!

I was on Openbeta when it was dropped as a product. Everything I read stated that I didn't have to do anything for the change to work with the update, and it did... perfectly... except all the folder still said 'Openbeta'. I found instructions from Cap at the Grim Reapers YT channel saying how to move the DCS World.Openbet to a new location, by moving '\Eagle Dynamics\' and then updating all the Desktop Links to point to the new location, and Loh And Behold! it works like a charm, thanks ED! But it didn't seem to find the '\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta' folder, until I updated some setting. Now that part seems to work, but it left the folder named openbeta. Windows won't let me change the name to be conform with the rest of DCS. Is there anyway to do this?

Excellent video @AeriaGloria! Thanks for bringing more understanding to us, I really had no clue. I think it is awesome the MIG-29A can hit a moving target with a built-in targeting system in the airframe, many other aircraft like F-16/F-18 uses targeting-pod / TPOD to hit moving targets, but the MIG does it by itself! @AeriaGloria can you make a video in slow-motion demonstrating each step how to use pre-designate (with focus on the HUD), because all videos I have seen on Youtube does this very fast, and I have a hard time to understand how to place the markers, what each markers does, how to place the new markers, when to release the bombs and so on. I would be very grateful and appreciate a video like this if it is even possible you could share a video like this!

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough - I don't want to negate it; it's much preferred to a toggle button as I can use a suitable control on the throttle and tell physically by it's position if it's out or not. I guess an illustration of the controls in the manual would help; the way it is now, I saw the flaps illustration and moved on.

А вот к стати, хотел спросить по поводу закрылок, читал, что в гражданской авиации при попадании в условия обледенения при заходе на посадку, после приземления закрылки рекомендуют не убирать, что бы не повредить их успевшим нарости в процессе захода льдом. А как у вас в таких случаях поступают? Рулите с выпущенными?

After the hotfix patch, I still can't get KGMUs to work reliably. They still fall short, and still only dispense only a single cluster of bomblets even though I'm holding the pickle button. Has anyone gotten them to work? And if so, how?
