Haha, I was all over that when I saw the pictures. But unfortunately I can't think of a way to add flares to cruise missiles in DCS. The closest we have in DCS the decoy schemes which will allow for chaff to be released. -

I'll take a look. Yep, the asset pack folder with all the subfolders goes into your C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech. If you extract the main asset folder it should automatically create the subfolders below (Database, Shapes, Sounds etc). I don't quite understand how anything can be overwritten if you do it like that. If it still doesn't work there has to be some sort of conflict going on. Check your log. So you enter the thread of my assets and ask for advice to replace them? I suggest you ask elsewhere. -

Yep, that's a known error which we discovered a couple of pages back in this thread. It turned out that OvGME doesn't handle files over around 4 GB, i.e it won't recognize it as a valid mod package. The solution/workaround is to unzip the main folder in the zip and it'll work fine. Thanks, yep, since it's a modern/futuristic missile I made it harder to hit in the final maneuver. Modern antiship missiles have evasive maneuvers built-in, but since there aren't any way to implement those in DCS I have to create these kind of workarounds/emulations of the actual thing. -

a) I can only speak for my assets and their weapons. I can get all my missiles and guided bombs to work in 2.9 (disclaimer: as far as I'm aware of). I just fixed the CJ-10, 3M14T, 9M729 and the SPEAR 5 LACM. But I still have to release the updated packs with these last cruise missile fixes. b) Yep, works fine. -

I don't see the issue. I was able to search, track and fire a missile at the Tu-95MSM from a Su-27 without any issues. -

No problem. Since I now have my country packs I will make all kind of changes per pack before releasing. It will be a combination of fixes, new assets, changes etc with every country pack release. I did some testing, it looks like the weight has an impact. A max weight Tu-95MSM will give around 4 deg pitch and with a light weight it will be more straight. I also checked other prop aircraft and it's the same with them. So it's nothing unique with my asset. But I haven't looked deeper into it to see what we can configure yet. -

I've added the Su-27P1M to the Ukraine pack. It features the slightly upgraded N001 radar and the confirmed western weaponry like the JDAM-ER, AGM-88 HARM and ADM-160B MALD. -

I would also like to have an incremental updater, and I'm looking into that. But until then I have to release the full packages. If I were to start releasing updates in manual increments I would quickly lose control, which was the whole idea with the packages. -

Yes, the packages will be released less frequently since I update a larger amount of assets (all the ones in one pack) before releasing. Yes, you will have to re-download the entire archive until another technical solution is implemented. I'm looking into that. No, I don't stop maintaining my asset packs. It's just not possible based on how DCS works. If I were to stop they'd be broken within a DCS update cycle. Haha, I love all the special contraptions. If I don't make these changes, there won't be any assets from me at all. I spend a lot of time and money (thank you donators!) making and maintaining my assets, and then I provide them for free. Then only thing a user have to do is download and use them. And you still think you're getting a bad deal? Thanks! I'm definitely for implementing more Turkish assets, I even have the country pack already. Haha! To manage expectations though. I've been searching for well made models to use for this one, it wasn't easy. I've had to make a lot of manual changes to this one. Unfortunately it won't come with a cockpit. But, it's tenfold better looking and working than the in-game version. I've even added the 6 missile rotary launcher (will also update the Tu-95MSM with it). -

Download links and traffic limits update I've been working the issue with traffic limits and I've come to a conclusion. Dropbox backed from their earlier statement of their Transfer service. So I will be cancelling my Dropbox service. Instead, after experimenting with many different solutions this is how I'm implementing it for the time being: On the frontpage of my website you will see three download links, they will take you to three different Google Drive accounts which have their own and separate traffic limit. This is the best price/performance I can get when it comes to file sharing services. The links will only be on the frontpage for ease of maintenance. And the links will take you to the shared folder where you can chose one or more packs to download. I've already updated my website. -

1. I've recreated the issue and I'm working on a solution. But I'm a bit hesitant since every small DCS 2.9 update seem to change (both fix and introduce new issues) with the cruise and antiship missile schemes. I will at least have to wait for the next DCS update before I do anything. 2. When the cruise and antiship missile configurations are stable I will look into the fine tuning, I'll put it on my todo list.
