Anyone have issues with the update for SA342 and use StreamDeck DCS Interface, would be grateful for a solution since I spent ages creating my profile for the original model. I mean switches are mostly the same in the new version, cheers.

I use this GitHub - Quaggles/dcs-input-command-injector: DCS Mod to add custom input commands in your user profile instead of by modding the game for each aircraft. Prevents commands from being lost when DCS updates.

No lotatc was disabled because it lags servers.

Every click takes me to version 2.6.1

I'm not sure if I can be any clearer in my request. The latest update shows beta-2.6.2 see my post above and pic below. The latest file in the assets section on the github page is v2.6.1 I've looked all over the github pages trying to find 2.6.2. to no avail I have updated this file in the past loads of times with no trouble at all. (I have had the simshaker jetpro a couple of years). Perhaps I'll just tick the box do not notify me of any updates save the stress.

nullI'm getting this every time I open the programme. If I say nullyes it just keeps taking me to 2.6.1 and not 2.6.2 I can't even find in the settings where to turn off the notifications. I'm going nuts, can anyone help?null Where the nulls are coming from is also a mystery.

I wasn't aware of that, thanks for the info. Actually I haven't use stable for years just trying to show the guy where/how to create a shortcut in his DCS bin folder.

Bizarrely if you click once and then click again you get two different menus, the first one gives the shortcut request in "NEW" and the second as seen below. Give it a try. null null

I personally love the Gazelle. You will have to set at least some curves and saturation levels for the cyclic, but once that is done it's great.

It is very sturdy. and the buttons are fine, they don't feel cheap at all, still you get what you pay for. Not sure on warranty but Mikhail responds really quick and helps with and snags you might have. Though I have had mine a long time with no issues. I haven't even had to apply any more friction in this time to the lever! It stays where it's put. Waiting list you would have to ask him though. It's a great first time collective and does what collectives does. There are way more expensive ones out there if you want. See pics attached of my installation. *(Note I have put some sticky tape covers on to prevent dust etc dropping in the cervices) Piss poor but does the job!

I would suggest the KA51, I have it and used for over a year now, no counter balance required and it uses virpil electronics.

I just kept mine at my monitor's default resolution. Frame rate and particularly shimmering improved for me in single player. Not so great in multiplayer for me though so far. Enigma's is a definite FPS stealer. More testing regarding your suggestion above I reckon. My Graphics card is a 3080ti, but even small improvements are better than nothing. Thanks for the ideas. Edit: just came of Enigma's after seeing a 10 fps improvement and visuals much better. I've never seen 41 -45 fps before now! Normally average 20 - 30 if I'm lucky and not many on. Good so far.

I know this, which is why I asked the question, how to get focus back when you can't maximise the screen.

When screen is set to 800 x 600 and minimised I loose mouse focus and cannot restore it to select mission start, anyone have any ideas?

I thought it was just me lol, I did a repair deleted kneeboards loads of things and was just about to post and found out its fixed in today's patch!

My solution was turn on shadows. Who knew turning them off would cause such a washout, at least for me anyway. Thanks for the replies and advice.

I fly helicopters at the moment In VR (Quest 2 with 3080TI), in the latest version 2.8 the landscape looks overexposed, to bright and the colours washed out, when looking from the cockpit. This makes everything outside the plane look lacking in contrast and less realistic. Inside the SA342 cockpit doesn't look too bad but out the window, very washed out. In the Mi-8 the cockpit is washed out along with outside scenery looking from the cockpit, but bizarrely looking at the mirrors the view looks normal. When I open the game in 2D scenery looks great and normal. Sorry if this has been mentioned already, I looked long and hard and did not see anyone else mention this. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Hunter Yes, you can. The icons you have downloaded can be assigned to the hind profile if you put the profile into a folder. Click on the folder button which will probably look like the UH-60L in the first picture. Then click on the right arrow in the icon section see picture 2 and set from file. (This will be where you have saved the downloaded icons). Choose the Mi-24 icon and you're done. Hope that helps.
