I reached out via the Heatblur site. It shows as a $26.99 gift card voucher rather than $30. E.g when I apply it to the Viggen, it takes $26.99 off the cost.

The gift card purchase is messed up. My wife bought me the $30 gift card (on sale for $26.99) to use on the Viggen. When I go to buy the Viggen, it says I still owe $3.

Is this still a thing? Asking because I want to buy the Viggen but use Oculus.

Ok? What are the differences between the two versions though? Is authentication different? Can I install via the in-game module manager? etc..?

Still wondering how purchasing the Viggen from HB differs from that of the DCS site. Any insight here, folks?

Thanks for the update! Regarding the Viggen sale... What is the difference between the one on the HB site and the one in the DCS shop? Are they activated differently?

That's wrong. They talked about it a little in one of the past updates. 2.5 utilizes Speedtree technology (Im not sure if 2.2 uses it, or to what extent) and has improved lighting and I'm guessing other performance optimizations.

Still auto-starts on mine (DCS Standalone) as of last night at 11pm.

The HUD isn't blurry at all. Not sure where you've heard that. It's actually crystal clear. :)

Flying is awesome, but I'm also REALLY interested in the RIO implementation of the F-14 Module. I think operating the weapons systems/radar/etc.. would be pretty great. Tons of opportunity for communication/teamwork.

From the last vid I saw it showed it as animated as it is in real life. Hope this helps!

I think the NAVFLIR has been updated to green hasn't it? Thought I read that in one of their Facebook posts.

The ability to open and close the windows. I noticed the little side panel windows are always open. It seems weird to close the doors and have the sound change even though the windows are slid open. Lol Awesome work, btw. Love the new Gazelle.
