What's your wind setting? There are quite a lot of bug reports related to ILS but those are all due to wind and how the active runway is determined. It's likely you are approaching the non-active side of the runway for which the ILS is set off.

T.16000M RZ axis assigned to Flight Control Rudder. For me the one time action of the rudder reset worked because every subsequent flight I started, the rudder was centered from the start.

Also having this issue. Reset rudder trim is the solution (LCtrl + T) but it starts with an offset. Special tab settings. mi-24 rudder.trk
