  1. if you look at the NFM-400 and read the graphs correctly you will realize its actually spot on. there has been a few threads on this topic, do your homework and use the forum search function. it has been tested a lot by various users and after understanding how to actually read the graphs they all accept that the current engine model is near perfect to the real deal

    Harrier's JDAM

use Terminal Params for your release (WPN button on UFC) You will want an angle of ~60-85° activate Terminal Params by pressing the uncage button The Release line color will change from red to green (this is your cue you are in Terminal Params now, also the HUD will change from N0 to T0) shortly after you are in Range just let it go, it will be a perfect hit
  3. you wouldnt see a error on that distance really. you should try with something 60+ nm i dont think the tacan offset is not working. But it should at least work with magnetic. (so you shouldnt just pump in the brg from the f10 map, but add the magnetic variation to it)
  4. ok so this might have been a bit much without explaining anything. my ehsd was not set to true i simply created a tacan offset from al minhad afb to dubai intl. on the r-353 for 13.9 nm. and if you look now on my ehsd in the cockpit you will see that the tacan offset is rougly at where dubai intl. is located.
  5. from the other thread: hm weird. we used the f10 map to get a radial and range for suhkumi airport from the kobuleti tacan. and once i switched the ehsd to true and intercepted the r-303 outbound i arrived right on top of suhkumi. if its off now then thats caused by the patch we got last week -------------- i have just tried this on persian gulf
  6. last time i tried this (monday) i was able to land and take off from a grass field next to a road. (dont try to go fast though)
  7. if you can proof to Razbam that its a valid loadout, i am sure they will happily add it. But last thing i heard was, that SME said the NightAttack and Plus Versions have only ever been equipped with the 7 rocket pod. Other than that i am pretty sure the whole unguided rocket stuff is totally outdated. Why would you get so close to possible AAA threats if you can lob a APKWS at 7nm and 20.000 ft and just point your TPOD on the target. Laser in 10. let them helicopters have fun shooting those unguided missiles into enemy infantry and buildings, after we have finished cleaning up the anti air threats.
  8. you can however open a cas page entry and type in the coordinates and elevation manually, and use that to create a targetpoint for multiple jdam delivery
  9. it was never used on the nightattack, only for the dayattack. usmc switched to hydras as they can be used for both, their harriers and their rotarys. as such less logistics work for the already cramped space inside a lha storage
  10. the lcd‘s is a real problem for that ufc. i am planing to get my own pcb design made for this though, and not do a prototyping board like you did. the big display does indeed fitt pretty well with a 1x16 lcd, and you might be able to have the pcb go below the button next to it if you plan it well. because if all that i am not starting any printing before i finished my design.
  11. when i tried this i was at ~40-45k feet and i left the canopy open for take off because i wanted to try out what happened. it took like 10 seconds to see effects and after 30-60 seconds i was totally blacked out until i crashed on the ground / used the ejection seat
  12. hey mate, looking at your picture i see support material for the nozzle lever at where it connects to the axle. (so standing upright) try printing this while lying flat, so the material layers cover the most ground in one pass, instead of lots of little layers. It will be more work cleaning it up and sanding it down, but it should come with much more sturdiness.
  13. you move your throttle and it doesnt move ingame -> parking brake you move your throttle and it moves ingame too, but engine rpm doesnt change -> decs switch
  14. if i recall correctly meaning i have no idea personally, but i have been told that its supposed to be there somewhere
  15. all that stuff should be already there under supercarrier props iirc
  16. i am having a similar problem with the Flare Salvo Switch if operated via joystick button. It will stick and once i am back on the ground and rearm, i will drop all flares within 1 second as soon as i get the rearming finished message. (it doesnt ripple anymore, just drops all flares at once) but if i operate it by mouse it will only drop 1 flare with each press, and doesnt ripple while holding.
  17. ok can now confirm from NATOPS, somehow my 2011 version has stripped everything behind 23-5 but its present in my 2008 version.
  18. i have tried to look for this text in the NFM-000 but i cant find any of that.
  19. i am not 100% sure but maybe wp0 should be the homeplate and wp1 take off from ground?
  20. that is correct behavior. the TOO button creates a Targetpoint at the aircraft position and is used to mark targets you did not expect but see while overflying them. what you are looking for is MK on the EHSD what will create a Markpoint at the current aircraft‘s designation. To accept a Mark- Way- or Targetpoint as a Target for CAS page and JDAM delivery you need the SDAT page that is not available yet.
  21. next time i am in the cockpit i will
  22. last time i tried this it worked
  23. landed with 900 pounds of fuel
