  1. if you would use the search function instead of just assuming then: according to Elmo in some *duplicate report wheel chocks cant be removed thread* in resolved bugs section: 'ED already has it fixed in their internal dev_build' so now we can only wait for this to be pushed to open beta
  2. err there is one second from top. if you set your middle position to MASTER NVG and then go to your aft position that is set to NORM-NVG-OFF it will switch to OFF as that is the only next thing in line.
  3. MTC is not a working feature yet. TDC depress twice to bring tpod back up only works if the tpod was not in the background for longer than 10 seconds. after 10 seconds it automatically shuts down and you have to use MPCD buttons to start it up again.

    TDC Axis

you are in INS mode. switch DMT to TV mode (SSS aft) or TPOD to TPOD mode (SSS depress twice)
  5. you use the dmt for this, it slaves automatically to your sidewinders seeker
  6. for ground alignment you press Data and then A/C after alignment is finished it shows with the red text that you are still in Data mode. press Data once again to switch to Navigation mode
  7. yes, use the gbu54 and your laser for final
  8. the problem with DMT is that if you do two axis at the same time with your TDC (horizontal and vertical) or switching from one to the other that it stutters or stops moving completely. if i recall correctly this was already reported in bug section of this forum. as long as you only use one axis at a time it works fine. (maybe set a little higher deadzone so you dont accidently move your tdc too much)
  9. there should be +/- bindings so you could use encoders
  10. the Harrier doesnt allign the JDAMs (yet) they are alligned as soon as you load them on your stores i did see that GPS message in the stores page even without JDAMs loaded. Possible that this is a placeholder for a soon to come alligning process.
  11. from high up within 13 nm from low lvl flight ~7 nm sometimes i get tone, sometimes not. if i can see the sam with my tpod i will just point the reticle at it and magnum
  12. yes i fire them maddog all the time. 7 out of 10 times they track.
  13. baltic dragon is working on the training missions as soon as the harrier is feature complete, or he would have to do this stuff over and over again. wheel chocks is ED working on to be able to remove with engine idle, not a Razbam bug but a ED feature that needs to be 'set' correctly.
  14. so i just tried this with 2 SA on the inner and 2 9M on the outer pylons. i shot the two 9m on a J11, worked fine after that i killed two SA8 with the two Sidearms, first one i got a tone, the second one i just blind-fired into the general position it was supposed to be because its radar was still off. two kills
  15. i am sure there is some fancy joy2key software that you could use for your Track-IR Y Axis input to map to a button press if in a certain band

    Bort Numbers

yeah so Marines do Side or Nosenumbers a bit different. see http://www.joebaugher.com/navy_serials/navyserials.html for more info and trivia on this. they do 3 numbers like navy or air force if assigned to a Carrier, however when they are assigned to amphibious assault ships (LHA, and thats pretty much the only place you will find a harrier) they still use a two-digit scheme. so what the game does: if you have boardnumber 081 it will delete the last number and turn the first two around so: 80 150 => 51 and so on from chucks guide:
  17. 1. MT is not implented yet, it works the same as PT at the moment 2. if it was implented what it would do is highlight moving targets and you can then slew TDC towards that highlight and it will get locked PT
  18. if your doing a circuit dont do that at 82° this is not a rotary, dont try to create forward speed by pointing the nose down what you want to do is always hold the witches hat level to the horizon and if you want to go forward nozzles go <82° and if you want to reduce speed nozzles go >82° then if your on the carrier its just trying to get at the same speed of the ship (that will be something at 80 - 79°)
  19. iirc correctly ED changed their policy of dropping out stable versions to only 1-2 times a year. So dont expect APKWS before summer.
  20. the little square at the outer side of the TGP screen that shows in which direction the Tpod is looking right now. at the moment it shows little wrong value because it moves down if the Tpod is looking down and not just move according to direction the pod is looking at. if the target is on your 3 o‘clock the ellipse should also be at the 3 o‘clock position. but if your 10.000 feet ablve the target it will instead show at 4-5 o‘clock position because of height difference.
  21. that wont work if you have track ir or vr. easiest workaround would be something like joytokey. That way you can bind your Hotas buttons to keyboard binds and can then again bind these keyboard binds to the seat up down
  22. 1. this is a known bug 2. it has been reported at least 100 times 3. wheel chocks and ground crew behaviour is an ED thing. Razbam can only activate the feature for Wheel Chocks to be there, but not fix how Ground Crew responds with engine on or off. 4. it has been reported by Razbam to ED and everyone is waiting for a fix. 5. yes i hate it too and sometimes ground crew doesnt remove them even though they say copy, because the Tarawa rubber bands in online session and they just stop all work with a ‚What are you doing‘ (that i did not hear because canopy close at that time already.) Always very funny if you want to start taxing and she wont move. *press F2* ... but still better than taking off just to realize you only have Tpod because they stopped rearming
  23. what you are doing is - while commendable - not really functional. 1. on your right MPCD have TPOD open 2. on your left MPCD have EHSD open. if you find a target, lock tpod and create a targetpoint with TDC down. now on your left screen (EHSD) press MK0. You will create a Markpoint0 and store your first Target in this ‚bookmark‘. now you can slew to the next target and hit ‚MK1‘ (the 0 will change to a 1 as the 0 is already in use) once your happy you can just click on your EHSD through your Waypoints (MK0 - MK9) while TPOD is slaved and choose which target to attack first. you dont need the DMT if you have a TPOD
  24. not a fix but easy workaround: https://joytokey.net/en/
