F-14 getting wing damage when two spawn together on Elevator 4

Can confirm the same. Also I’m not sure if it’s my imagination but sometimes on spawn the F-14 seems to spawn a few feet in the air and drop into position. I’ve had burst tires from this before. -

Had the same issue in our server tonight except I was the only one who could see it. Everyone else landed on fine, I took the risk and blew up (Cat 3, F-14s only, no AI landing or taking off, ST) -

I believe I’ve found the cause. It’s the deck crew. As soon as they start walking FPS drops by 20-30 on ST. Have not tried MT. It’s easy to recreate. Land on the boat, go to F-10 and request launch, as soon as the deck crew leave their idle animations and start walking the FPS drop a lot. Happens on and off line. Started with the last patch, I assume the MT fix to deck crew has broken something. -
These are outstanding and have been desperately needed for a long time. Just amazing. For your consideration if any appropriate model is available. The Yak-38. (No but seriously thank you for these.)

Hello all, I have been following development for a long time now and can’t wait to see this in game. I would love to see: -AI air to air buddy tanker/refueling -Player controlled air to air buddy tanking/refueling Player controlled would open up so many possibilities for multiplayer. Acting as the trick or treat tanker, helping guys struggling back from a long mission etc. It was mentioned this will be coming later to the C-130 module so I really hope that knowledge is past on to you guys too. Keep at it!

Happy holidays all, Whilst I understand the wheel chocks are going to be fixed in the next patch, would it be possible to have them added on static aircraft too? I’m not sure if this is a bug/forgotten/or part of a grander plan. As always, thank you for the amazing module.

Understood. My personal setting is off but I believe the server mission forces it on? What would the best server settings be in regards to wake turbulence? -

Will give it a try and report back. If it is indeed a wake turbulence issue then I still feel it needs to be looked at as self destructing planes is pretty intense. Edit: After considering this I don’t think it’s the issue. In the Twitter video you can see the lead tomcat having the same issue but not flying through anyone’s wake. Also if we turn wake turbulence off it means no burble for the hornet guys. -

It happened to us once at the end of 2.7, but since 2.8 its a regular occurrence so now on our server tomcats have to case 1 alone -
Hello all, There seems to be a bug that from what I can see is caused by the tomcat. Online, if you fly in close formation, after a short time there is a crazy turbulence/wind that black pilots out, causes crazy control issues or in the worst case makes planes full on self destruct. Not like collision and loose a wing, but full on explode and disappear. This only happens when a tomcat is flying in close formation with someone. From our experience both As and Bs cause the issue. Our server doesn't use mods, only moose and mist scripts. We all live in the same country and for the last 2 years desync and lag has never been a problem on our server, so I feel that is not the cause. Thank you for the reply. If you have time to quickly fly a couple of case 1s in mission editor, wake turbulence off and then on, I think you would be able see and feel the difference. Or maybe I’m just going crazy
