I started with a 500gb. Quickly moved to a 1tb m.2 then a 2TB m.2.... now I'm using a 4TB m.2 just for DCS. I have a 2TB m.2 dedicated just for steam and have about 40 games installed. And they don't come close to the size of DCS.

Agreed AI logic and accuracy needs a rework. It's actually a topic in my next video. I fly helicopters too and yeah you have to question how an AK is hitting me outside their max effective range. I also I did a gun run in a viper at 600 knots and a dude with an AK took out my radio when I was only near them for less then a second.

With the "new" launcher is would be really great if you guys had a roadmap tab there. Most users (I don't know about steam users) have to go through the DCS launcher so it would make sense if there was a roadmap right there in front of us. And the launcher is constantly updated which would be a perfect place for the roadmap so users can see the roadmap and as things update we could see what's been accomplished on the roadmap. So like 2025 Q1 this is the goal. Q2 this is the goal etc etc End of Q1 the users can see what was accomplished in Q1

Is there a plan for when George displays the target list that the highest threat in the search area is the first option? For example if there is an Manpad in a group of infantry, the manpad should be a priority, not having to go down the list to discover it. Also depending on how the mission is set up he can track enemy static objects while having to spam down the list looking for a threat. So like 40 static objects can be listed before seeing any threat.

Yeah on our servers our $50 super carrier has a empty deck. If players want a busy deck they go to the Stennis. -
KC-135 boomers help over the radio as well. "Up 2, Up 1," etc etc

I requested an overlay like the super carrier FLOLS. Doubt it but just throwing them some ideas for solutions. Making a F35 is easier then coding a light I guess.

If you can't figure out how to adjust the light brightness here are a couple solution ideas. Other members have been requesting a fix. So lets make something happen and listen to the users that are paying for your product. 1: F10 Radio menu to request brightness setting. I already requested this idea 2: Super Carrier has a special option for FLOLS Overlay. Give us a special option PDL Overlay. Day time is fine but at night you barely can see it., as proven above in the OP. Here is an overlay idea/template: -

You can barely see the altitude PDL even with nods on one DCS. There's pictures online of that red light being easily identified. The KC-135 also has flood lights under the wings that light up the fuselage so it's not complete darkness.

There is a whole family of strykers in the military and we currently only have 3 in DCS. These platforms have been heavily used in the recent conflicts since 2003. And with the release of Afghanistan and Iraq we must get the stryker family of vehicles revisited. These vehicles are fast and "quiet" compared to other vehicles in use and are highly praised from troops that used them. More platforms can serve a purpose in DCS, especially since the Blue team is lacking in light armor vehicles compared to the red team. I'm not going to list them all but going to highlight the ones that could be beneficial to DCS gameplay style. We currently only have three which are the: - M1126 ICV with a .50 - M1134 ATGM - M1128 MGS I think it would make since to have the following added: - M1126 Infantry carrier vehicle: with a Mk19 40mm grenade launcher, can be used as a direct & indirect weapon system and improve capabilities. Speaking of the ICV normally the guys in the hatch(air guards) are rocking a 240/m249 and m4 for more security coverage, not just the RWS("turret") - M1127 recon vehicle: these have a long-range advance scout (LRAS) system that can be used as a JTAC; and for F10 map fog or war. - M1129 Mortar Carrier: These have a 120 mortar (artillery class DCS) and can dismount a team with either an 81mm or 60mm tube. Shoot and scout fast mover. - SHORAD variant: Has more range and survivability compared to the unarmored humvee Avenger and is much more modern. - M1296 Dragoon: 30mm bushmaster autocannon. Increases the overmatch capability in DCS compared to red forces light armor presence. What's up you overpowered BTR cannon, meet my dragoon. Exactly. Not everyone wants to download mods, especially to play online. A in-game javelin AI unit or team that can be part of combined arms so a player can control it would be sweet.

Because this is supposed to be the premier flight simulator? You can make it less rare if you increase the percentage slider. But I forgot this is just a wish list post that will get overlooked within a couple days just like 98% of the posts here.

Problem: I mentioned it before but the AI call outs are stepping on the voice lines and pushing the messages away. For example Mission 5 AL-TANF I had to pause and read the message history to see what is happening. I know we're supposed to tune to freqs but until this AI radio issue can get fixed can you just use the voice lines triggers as a SOUND TO ALL or GROUP so we can turn down the radio volumes. We don't need to hear the AI reporting. If not because it would cause a whole mission rework, totally understandable as I make missions as well.
