Fantastic tutorials, have been waiting for some advanced material like these for sometime. Updated DCS stable release today so I can use the new top down view in ME. I have watched all your vids and subscribed to your channel. A few years back I did learn how to loop ground vehicles on a circuit, any chance of making an up to date tutorial if it’s not to much bother. Thanks again Suntsag, great work.

This is bad, what a time to bring down the bonus scheme when major releases are imminent. All I’m waiting to hear is if I buy the F/A-18 now, before the 30th will I still get $16 in bonus, no one official seems to want to answer.

Hi and welcome. There is a livery from Nellis in DCS installed as standard, "66th WS Nellis AFB Nevada (WA)" It can be found here DCS World/Bazar/Liveries/A-10C, with all the other standard skins, just go to the Mission Editor to use.

Far from it, good for new or experienced pilots if you need to re-learn. It also gave me some ideas of what buttons and switches to bind to my HOTAS. This guy is knowledgeable in the field of flight, sim and real life having got his PPL recently. He has just returned to DCS and YouTube after a break for RL stuff, and is making excellent tutorials, the latest being the Mission Editor and the promise of the P-51 Mustang next up, I recommend to follow him. I’m certainly no expert and don’t consider myself a tutor, but I sometimes use the drag chute to slow down quicker before using the brakes. Good luck with your training, and welcome to the forum.

+1 I would never go back to the clip pro, too flimsy, only problem with my UTC Light is I forget to turn it off.

Well said Yurgon. I to have been here since 2011 and seen the advancement in the technology and detail in the game, all for the price of a few modules, a lot of the time marked down in sales. I don't take 1.5 or 2.2 for granted, I am amazed every time I start the game up how everything works seamlessly together, TIR, pedals, joystick and throttle etc. I am chalking the days off preparing to be even more amazed.

Thanks Hav for a great product, arrived well packaged and in good time.Unplugged the old pro-clip today and turned the new wireless UTC Light on, worked straight off with no changes required. So much smoother and accurate, looking forward to future flying.

Almost ever since I started to read this thread my TIR 5 has started to play me up, the clip that connects to my headphones has started to ping open at random times and the LED array arm just drops down to its lowest level. I have had it nearly five years and have treated it with great gentleness and respect. So without any hesitation I have been in touch with "HAV" and ordered a new UTC Light, he replied within hours, gave me a rough delivery time (very busy at present, up to two weeks). looking forward to seeing how much better this is and for something more solid, robust and wireless.

This also happened to me this morning, just bought the Mirage and spent 20 minutes configuring buttons and switches only to get a black screen and lose all added bindings. Did it again and the same happened. So I added the M2000 to one of my practice missions, sat in the cockpit and configured the axis settings from there, then closed it down and went back to the Options/Control menu, the axis settings that I made had saved, did a few new joystick bindings and all seemed to be back to normal. Carried on and completed. BTW Mirage is superb, sounds are great as well.

Hi Hook, I am also having trouble getting these weapons to appear in the ME. I am using the latest version of DCS 1.5.5. I have tried using JSGME, but to no avail, so I have placed all the files directly into DCS, after backing them up of course. Attached is the SA342.lua for your inspection, as I am not 100% sure what I am looking for, haven't had much to do with lua's before now. My apologies if I am missing something here. SA342.lua
