Well...Came home for lunch to start the DL...all I got was lunch...and Cats? Geeeze... Last Cat I had was in a Taco on the Strand in Venice Beach. Tasted really bad...I knew something was wrong when I looked at the striations in the meat. So I gave it to my Basenji who was walking with me. He would not eat it either. Basenji (barkless) is very cat-like...close as I'll ever get to one. I'd rather hear a yodel...than a Meee...Owww.

Well...Each to his own. I run VR and a 65" Samsung 4k 8 Series for my monitor (doubles as TV) when I want to see all the eye candy. I do not use a desk as everything is contained on my flight chair. I sit 5 ft from the screen. I have no complaints. I could never go back to anything smaller.

Not really an issue for some. I dont mind it. I actually like it. Real world is real world. Everything will not be a perfect representation. To me its a small thing that does not affect my experience. Maybe over time these things will be ironed out but its out there for now with no need to beat these small things to death. So as the sim evolves, maybe these imperfections that bother some will be polished over time. Ill probably be pushing up daisies before DCS is perfected.

I understand the need. A stand alone training sim for that would be the way to go. A map of California and a few planes/choppers plus the delivery of the extinguishing/retardant medium should do it. Oh and sustained wind driven flames. Watch out for those Santa Ana wind conditions! If your industry has the big bucks, why not contact ED directly...$$$ talks.

I fly the Harrier in VR daily and I do not see the issue as described. When I look into the sun or the lighting hits it just right, I like the crazing I see. Go figure.

Love the crazing and have no issues with it. Now is there any news on the ground radar progress?

Absolutely day 1 prepurchase. Same for Carrier Module when it comes. Wishing for Carrier Module news and its own OFFICIAL thread one day!

Yeah I like it...Seriously, no issue with the music. You can bet that while they arent listening to it, those pilots like their music too while they have their “Hair on fire”. Give up and just leave a great demonstration because of music, seriously? A serious lol!

I went from a 55” plasma for the last 5 years to a 65” 4K Samsung this year. Im old and can’t see squat but I’m happy with it, no issues. Could not go back to a small monitor ever. I do have everything attached to my flight chair and sit about 5 ft from the screen. Also doing Oculus VR. So in love with both. No regrets.
