Good idea, presumably every one will want a minimum of two initially.

Ah, if you've set your render to a side by side layout then your resolution should be set to 3420x1080. The aspect ratio will adjust as necessary once you enter the new resolution. However, as I read your file it is currently written for a resolution as I showed in the sketch but see if the above helps. I'll send you a copy of how mine is set but I'll adjust it to your monitors and then you can test and adjust if it works.

Hi Jack, I attached a quick sketch of what it looks like your monitor file is trying to achieve. I made the presumption that the second monitor is another 1920x1080 and you are rendering them one on top of the other. If this is correct ( I just eyeballed the export locations ) then your in game resolution (under options) should be set at 1920x2160. Is this how you have it set? The sim will calculate the aspect ratio auto-magically. If that is how you have it set then I'm not sure what to suggest. One thing I did note is, I've never seen a kneeboard located in the monitor Lua before (not saying it's wrong) but it is after the "UIMainView = Viewports.Center" entry. That may have an influence. Maybe cut that out and see what you get. EDIT: I just noticed that my Monitor Lua has another line directly under the "UIMainView = Viewports.Center" which is new. It's GU_MAIN_VIEWPORT = Viewports.Center Good luck. Jack Monitor.pdf

Sorry Jack. I forgot last night I’ll check when I get on in a bit.

This is great news. Thanks Jack for the update.

Just to enhance the experience I guess.

Options are always good.

Whelp, that seemed to work. All the settings are staying put. Again, if I recall correctly after a further update or two it was not necessary to program while sitting in the cockpit. Seems this isn't common as when I searched the forums etc nothing turned up. Hopefully it's just an idiosyncrasy of my setup. Thanks MAXsenna for the tip on re-setting.

I’ve been exporting MFD’s to a second monitor for 10 years and have never seen that. Like Sobe suggested post your monitor file, be interested in seeing how that happens.

That reset the LHG RHG so I could enter keybinding again but as soon as I restarted the game the LHG RHG’s blanked out and the settings were gone. I also noticed that the Man slew in Axis settings disappeared as well. So after a brief break away from the computer to avoid any regrettable action I reset the CPG controls again. I recall another module a few years ago did the same thing (Harrier I think) where you had to program the controls while in the cockpit. I started trying that and it seems to be working. Had to leave it for now but get back to it tomorrow and confirm if that works. I’ll update again tomorrow.

Fast workflow to store current (George CPG) target location as point
Sarge55 replied to Bearfoot's topic in DCS: AH-64D
Interesting, you’re saying he says it’s stored but when you go to look at the tgt list there isn’t any stored targets? I’ll have to give it go soon. -
Three days ago I was able to setup my CPG controls on my Warthog including the LHG & RHG controls. Yesterday they (LHG & RHG controls) disappeared, all the controls unrelated to the LHG & RHG are still there and I can assign controls etc. I checked the Joystick Lua and it shows the last modification date/time is correct for current changes. I've done a full repair to no avail. Anyone else have this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it? I'd hate to have to delete the Saved Games folder and re-install the module. But oh well, it's EA and stuff happens, eh?

As Pellelil said check out. https://warthog-extensions-by-sahaj.com/shop/ As an alternative to an extension you can pick up Sahaj's weaker spring (green) which maybe helpful. I grabbed one a few years ago just because I felt the stock spring was too strong. It has certainly helped with helicopter flying (still use curves) and not affected my control of jets. The extension is probably the best way to go though for fine control.

I agree, George should only target enemy targets like a real CPG would. I guess they could program in the odd mistake based on fog of war etc but if following ROE's that would prevent you from firing until the target is confirmed. (At least that's how it's suppose to work)

Apache Trim... is that some kind of haircut? Just some levity to a deteriorating thread.

Sounds like early access isn’t for everyone. It’s not for the faint of heart

I think I read somewhere that it becomes a problem above 26 degrees OAT.

Pretty good story.

Hover hold etc. are not implemented yet. Perhaps in the next update.

AH-64D IHADSS lines thickness edit

Great stuff guys. Do they pass IC checks? -
Imacken, check out Redkites video on Apache trim. He explains and demonstrates the issue quite well. Luck sod has a FFB joystick as well.
