  1. Yup, only way now, user mods. Looks good by the way.
  2. I'm sure they still have the staff just not for updates or tweaks for the F-5E. It is in maintenance mode now, they will fix it up a bit if an update to DCS breaks something critical in the module. Other than that... "it is what it is".
  3. Are you looking for a drag index for the weapons? Try looking for an F-16 net site they may have something. However, I don't know if DCS models drag with the F-16 module.
  4. Thanks Ares63, I'll take another look. I might have a ; or " out of place as well.
  5. +1 I export mine to a second monitor and even with the brightness at 100% and contrast max'ed out they are too dim to read. Fortunately the route lines show up a bit better but still need to lean right in.
  6. Nice. Thanks again big guy.
  7. SP Mode you say.... I thought that was an A/G radar mode. Didn't know the TGP had that as well, look forward to seeing how that works. CZ function will be very welcome. Thanks for the update Wags
  8. Add this to your custom monitor .lua You will have to change the x, y for your set up. F16_DED = { x = 3200; y = 0; width = 400; height = 200; } _________________________________________________________________ Look here X:\Mods\aircraft\F-16C\Cockpit\Scripts\Displays\DED\indicator Back up your DED_init.lua and overwrite with the attached. DED_init.lua
  9. TGP works in all modes. Great to have is set to AA in NAV mode for VID, check up your ambiguous contacts...
  10. Thanks Loophole. I'm already exporting the DED and MFD's and other than the "dim" MFD images ( hopefully ED will fix soon) working great. However, even though I have added my"dofile" to the EHSI .init file and added the location to my monitor Lua it's still not showing up. There must be something else or a different location to add the "dofile". Hopefully @ jcbak can tell us. Got it sorted. I was doing it the old way of exporting by adding my own dofile, don't need it for the MPCDs, EHSI and RWR in the Viper. Still need it for the DED though.
  11. Hopefully one of the Lua wizards will sort it out. They did a great job with the ones in the Harrier.
  12. Yes, my observation as well. A bit of a challenge in a crosswind.
  13. Was just about to report this, thanks for checking guys. I recall it is the cage/uncage button once gear was down.
  14. @ jcbak Mind sharing the files on how to export the EHSI? Looking to do that as well. Thanks in advance.
  15. Ditto. My old eyes are straining... Hopefully one of the many Lua wizards can sort out a work around until ED sorts it out.
  16. Holy crap dude, you owe me a new keyboard... coffee went everywhere. The Viper section was hilarious. :megalol:
  17. I vaguely remember another thread about this from some time ago. Try a search. If I find it I'll link it. IIRC - If you run her dry they have to re-prime the fuel system which requires a fair amount of work and not something done on the flight deck. Guess it's modeled.
  18. What??? On the internet? People freaking out, say it isn't so.... :music_whistling:
  19. :megalol: That would be awesome, I'd even suggest a 50% chance.
  20. That's hardly reassuring QuiGon now is it? Kinda speaks to lack of effort over time I was indicating. :music_whistling:
  21. Perhaps he was "Dakota"... :music_whistling:
  22. They've known it will be a lot of work for many years. I would have thought they would have started work on the A/G long ago in order to have it available for EA of the F-18. It's not like the F-18 hasn't been in their plans for 4-5 years.
  23. Infantry wouldn't take you either. If you can't handle a fuel switch they sure wouldn't want you around a hand grenade would they? :music_whistling:
  24. Excellent. Thanks Chuck. You "are" the man...
  25. I wouldn't expect a EA release until October. Early Autumn.
