  1. What about the other LABS modes? Are we able to toss bomb using LABS as well?
  2. Scroll the list sideways to make sure the brakes aren't assigned to another axis.
  3. From our member Baztid.
  4. Shh! Don't make reduce the visibility further you guys...
  5. I usually don't speculate on dates...but since someone deleted my last comment here. Now I will! I think we will have 2.0.0 in december!
  6. I believe it's a realistic behavior for an unaugumented aircraft, traveling at speeds in excess of say 450 knots, to be very responsive in pitch resulting in high instantaneous climb/descent rates. When flying in an IFR like fashion I recommend keeping the speed below 400 IAS (or maybe lower) when cursing, if constant altitude is a recuirement. Remember the higher you go the higher TAS you will get from a given IAS, so 300kts at 20 000 might still be an acceptable speed but the aircraft is probably less sensitive in pitch. I have no idea regarding the drag though!
  7. Now I know and I'll leave this thread. Thank you!
  8. Ok, thanks for the reply. But when I fly with tanks on the inner hard points, the main tank quantity starts decreasing immediately even though I have selected INBOARD ON & JET.
  9. We compared indicated fuel when we flew yesterday and after 10-20 minutes airborne we didn't see a big difference between those with and without droptanks. Now this was just a simple observation between aircraft doing different things, bombing, take off and landings etc. But it seems to me that we couldn't get our A/C to draw fuel from the drop tanks.
  10. We can't figure out how to use the fuel in the drop tanks.
  11. If it's the function of "D" you want to find...simply press "D" in the controls menu. Select F-86 Real and also ALL.
  12. Among other things mentioned earlier: Show a take off using full military thrust, that way we can see some ground interaction and also a bit of high alpha behaviour. So far we've only seen take offs using afterburner, during those take off rolls it's hard to see how it really differs from an aircraft using an SFM.
  13. I enjoyed TARS many TS and DCS versions ago...since then it's been a bit messy. I'm not blaming anyone for it, especially not Headspace who put in a great effort. I'd rather pay ED 10€ for an integrated communication system which works with all modules, than relying on the community to fix the shortcomings of DCS while being out of the loop with updates and patches breaking the mods.
  14. That cockpit looks amazing!
  15. Yep. Editor is in M/S and the A-10C uses knots.
  16. It could be tilted that way to align the indicators to the left, that way it's easier to spot a "red" value when it's pointing towards say 6 o'clock.
  17. Doing that while you're in close might be a bit dangerous, if you're too close that is. I try to look for visual cue next to where I know or think the target is, so when I look through the TGP I might see "that powerline" or whatever again which was close to the AAA.
  18. Come on! If there was I'm sure it would have been included. :)
  19. I recommend making your own mission. Place some vehicles on an airfield somewhere near the coast, take some screenshots of the target area and mark them in paint or with a similar tool. Make sure your friends can see you "intel pics" and divide the targets among your flight. Make a simple route along the coast towards your target, then you can fly this route at low altitude in a simple trail formation. Explain how to make a pop up attack and have your friends follow you as you lead the way. Don't forget to brief the egress, it can be as easy as "turn left!" This way I think that everyone will feel that they are a part of a team, and along with the satisfaction of actually completing a pre briefed task might this be enough to give that nice "coop feeling".
  20. Bad eyesight here... But I could still attend a state funded flight program and now I've been flying 737 in Europe since 2010. I like this job but I would swap it for something with afterburner any day.
  21. Hej! You should fly with us on Thursdays and stream our successes and failures! Though we tend to stick to Swedish for communications.
  22. I don't see any terrain at all. I get excited by this because it shows that there is something going on behind the curtains.
  23. I should have known Ragnar had been here before me...sorry!
  24. The Swedish army used them as well. Go!
