  1. Let's not forget that these sliders affect different sound components so maybe the new sound can be tweaked to each individual's preference. In particular, world and helmet sounds.
  2. if you haven't already tried, uninstall all mods and do a DCS World Repair.
  3. Try re-naming your Saved games DCS folder to DCS1 and fly a mission. Let it build a new DCS folder and see what happens. Another thought is be sure the Teamspeak/Settings/Options/Hotkeys page still has keyboard and mouse selected in drop down menu, lower right corner.
  4. One way or the other....I like it!
  5. I tested in SP and noticed the growl in the engine was less but it really sounded better to me. TAD and TGP normal. I will test in MP mission next. Update: Everything seems OK in MP as well. Funny how some have problems and others don't. On second thought, funny was probably a poor choice of words.
  6. Yes there is a way to mod this but it is unlikely anyone from Germany would be willing to spend the time it would take to create all of the voice files necessary to replace the default files.
  7. Try going to DCS World/Options/Gameplay and checking the box next to "USE THESE OPTIONS FOR ALL MISSIONS" and see if that helps.
  8. UseDefaultSnapViews = false in "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\View" Set that to TRUE, delete your views folder in the saved games folder and start over.
  9. Exactly where are you seeing this? UseDefaultSnapViews = false
  10. Don't start Dude
  11. Awesome! I would like to embed this on my website. I hope you don't mind.
  12. My server PC is still on the master server running a mission bit I can't connect with my client PC after a CTD. Weird!
  13. Great mod and works fine for me with 1.2.9
  14. Flash needs to be installed and turned on with Firefox. Click tools then add-ons to see if you have it and if it's active.
  15. HERE is one that may work for your group.
  16. This has always been a problem at airfields that have chain link fences. Click HERE for a mod that will fix it.
  17. Try deleting the config/view folder in your saved games folder and see if that corrects it.
  18. Try going to settings/plugins to make sure overlay is checked and overwolve is unchecked. You may have to delete overwolfe before the overlay plugin will work. If it were me and it was important enough, I would delete all traces of teamspeak in all locations and start with a clean slate.
  19. If I catch what your saying, I should still use an older version of TS3, but use the latest version of TS3 Overlay, correct? That's what I do. You should be able to delete the overlay by deleting it in the main Program files/Teamspeak/plugins folder if needed.
  20. There are also different versions of the overlay available. Click HERE for a list. I recommend using one at the bottom of the list to assure you have the latest and most likely compatible version. Once you have a working combination it would be wise to keep copies of the files stored for future reference if needed.
  21. I don't think so but I have only used my TS client with one server other than my own. I am using version 3.0.13.1 with the overlay and all is well. The worst that could happen if there is a conflict is go back to your current version.
  22. You can get an older version of Teamspeak HERE that is still compatible with the overlay. Just don't accept the updates when prompted.
  23. It works fine for me too.
  24. I have also noticed this since the 1.2.9 update in MP missions. I have the War Wagon skins installed on my PC and selected in the ME but when I view another member's plane who does not have the skin installed I see the default skins that change when zoomed. Oh the joy of seeing the many surprises that come with every update. What would we have to look forward to if not for these simple pleasures.
  25. wouldn't unchecking "allied flight reports" in the game options menu stop it?
