das ist der "phoenix" der angeboten wird. im dienst sind nur die mi35 derzeit die das so laden können. man kann dann die ataka entweder links oder rechts voll bestücken mit 8 stück oder links und rechts mit je 4 ataka. 16 geht nicht.

naja vergiss mal nicht das beim hind die shturm schon ein upgrade sind von den vorherigen atmgs. außerdem sind 8 atgms ausreichend das war früher (zu AH-1 cobra zeiten) viel. neuere versionen des hinds (mi-35) haben die möglichkeit die 8fach träger (an einem pylon)für die ataka zutragen was ihn theoretisch befähigt 16 zutragen aber der waffencomputer hat nur die fähigkeit 8 zu "verarbeiten" außerdem sind auch die neuen hinds vhikr fähig und zum thema apache. der kommt mit 16 hellfire vermutlich sogar besser in die luft wie mit 76 Hydra. da ein voller hydra pod mehr wiegt wie 4 hellfire plus launcher. hier mal bilder neuerer hind varianten:

hey flew with the hind in your mission. looks like it is not triggering the random units if i fl with the mi-8 or huey i have random btr´s on the map i also can not do troop pickups with the hind

is it even possible to mount APU-60-2 on the inner pylons ? thought they will be only available on 1 and 4 (red on the above picture)

hmm, i will buy it with or without ATAS but i would prefer to have the option to mount them. i mean we even got a franken huey that never existed in this version as well and i dont think to have this option would be a game breaker.

guys stop nameing the apache we get in early acces as an "A"! what we get is the AH-64D Apache! After the FCR is released it will still be the AH-64D Apache but with the Longbow Radar. the A and D model are worlds a apart system wise, cockpit layout wise and also from the outside. even the D without the radar is more capable than a A-Model

yes i know how they "work" in real life. but i doubt if this would have been used in a symetrical conflict/high threat enviroment. so i suggest to adjust the tactics to fit the situation and not to adjust the situation to fit the tactics

okay. but who would really attack a tank or BMP/BTR formation with a "close quarter" rocket attack?! i mean there is always a dude who sees or hears you.or maybe has the gun already pointed in the general direction. there is always a "lucky guy" it all comes down to recon and knowledge. you could also do rocket strikes from far away. you got 80 of them so throw them in the general direction outside of the gun range of those pesky BMP-2 or use a shturm if you know were they are. or get a guy in gazelle to do the recon part for you.

i know that ed does a way deeper simulation. but janes had to come up with the symbology for the ATAS. or have sources how it will/does look.

didnt the japanese apaches had them from the get go? hm...lets see maybe we get them maybe not^^ as stated earlier would be nice to have. so how did janes got their information in the 90´s for their games? was it just guessing?
