That is correct, sir! The SNEB is part of the 3D model of the L, so some care was put into positions the M-151 19 pod to where it would cover her up :) I'd forgotten about that until you just now mentioned it! Sent from my SM-J320V using Tapatalk -

I have 4 clients and we are experiencing the same issue with only the host being able to enter the cockpit by pressing F1 *EDIT- Mbot- I fixed this by opening the Mission after generation, and UNCHECKING the "Uncontrolled" for the players aircraft. The mission worked and saved afterwords, hope this helps figure what is going on there! I was worried this would break out mission but it actually worked correctly, debriefed and saved -

Hey Storm That is doable for the L, but the M version can only fire one rocket at a time and has no reliable way of aiming the rockets, so they may be of limited use there! I'll be giving this mod an update and reaching out to Poly_Rioe to see if he has any new ideas too pretty soon, assuming he isn't too busy! -
Hello Jacks, Just to answer the points which I know enough to address- there is no slew to steer point like the A-10C has, as this was a much earlier and Simpler Maverick system than the technology in the A-10. Along with this, I think the seeker head cannot be unlocked and adjusted but has to be reset if you lock the wrong target Sent from my SM-J320V using Tapatalk

Hello DCS Community! As one of the few who LNS has been kind enough to provide with a promotional copy, I've created this relatively short video to both help stoke the hype fire, and thank LNS for allowed me to be part of the promotion of the AWESOME DCS Module through the Grudge Match Series! I tried to do a little mission a Highway Base launch and recovery. Please forgive my ignorance of both Viggen systems and the names of Swedish Road Bases (of course the one in the video is totally fictional!) Enjoy! *Note- Video may still be uploading or processing, if the quality is low give it a few and try again! :)

With the Viggen nearly at its public release, this would be a wonderful feature! ED has made strides here with helicopters place able on the ground and grass not being so sticky anymore, this feature would knock it out of the park! +1

As this weapon was one I was really excited about, it was the first thing I tried when LNS was kind enough to allow me to access the promotional build- as mentioned above, it is very tricky, but I managed to score multiple hits on ship sized targets with no issue, the ground targets are tricky because of the likelihood of missing high or low if you don't have the perspective right- I'm still looking for the best attack profile but My strategy so far has mostly consisted of "put the flare on the target, and try to keep it there!" I LOVE this weapon! Something totally new to DCS

As one of the lucky and honored few who have gotten a Promotional Build of the Viggen, I encourage you all to feel very at ease with that pre-order- all I can say is WOW -
I've really wanted to find a way to make a Modded SEAD missile that could be used on other aircraft, as it's needed so much. If only one could find a way to fool the sim into thinking a player launched missile was in fact AI launched after the release, so it would go seeker hot.

Just finished manual read through number 1- and my hype had reached borderline unsafe level- brain may explode at any given moment! One thing I was curious about that maybe the fine Viggen experts here may be able to assist me with- so I'm very fascinated by the BK-90 as it is really the first weapon of its type we will ever have in DCS, but I am still possibly a big fuzzy on it's employment. If I understand correctly, by default the BK-90 will attack a pre determined aircraft waypoint, and if the pilot wanted to change that he could do so by using the HUD Fix mode, Lat-Long input mode or the Radar Fix mode, transferring it to a waypoint, then setting that waypoint as target with the proper command- am I getting that right? -

This may seem random, but reading up on the BK-90 I have to admit I admire the Swedish mandate for a weapon that doesn't leave dangerous u exploded ordinance- I've spent a few years of my life in countries where children are maimed or killed years after the fact by submunitions. Seeing some of the injuries first hand, it is worth making the weapons avoid this type of tragedy- war is bad enough -
With the Viggen planned to kick off in the first month of the new year, I can already tell it's going to be a good year!!!

As Hawkeye mentioned, this mod should be working in the latest version, if it is still giving You trouble let me know! The weapons not showing in the editor means the SA342.lau component of the mod didn't install correctly somehow. I would examine the files under /Coremods/SA342 with the mod installed and ensure there wasn't redundant directories causing the SA342.lau file to be in the wrong place. Once done with that, open SA342.lau and carefully check to see if you notice entries commented with HELLFIRE MOD in the right margin- report back and we will see if we can help! -

I would love to see more weapons like this for the F-5. I love the module, but feel like the plane can do so much more than our DCS version, although I know BST choose the version they did for good reason

Totally agree- and thanks to Razbam for not only putting in the time to add the extra content, which I think is awesome, but also giving us the option of disabling it when we see fit

Easy on the caps there, Bogey, no need to get hostile about all this. No one is saying the system was on the M2000C, however everyone here knows the manufacture could have enabled it if they wanted to, and Razbam adding it is fufillimg a believable "what if" type situation that correlates with how the loss of a M2000N (IIRC) was handled (The addition of D2M) Razbam has made this optional, and I fully agree with how they handled it. The thread was for discussing the system and how it works in DCS, not arguing endlessly about it being in the sim. Let's just step back and relax
