hm... this sounds like the worst scenario ever ctguy. I presume you know that you have only 10 activations on DCS modules , then you can activate them once per month... So, make yourself a favour and buy a Win10 Pro license which have the Hypervisor functionality enabled so that you can build as many Insider VMs as you like... Again, sorry being rude... but your approach is total brain damage for me :D PS: not mentioning your fantastic internet speed :)

I am not using a 970, but the values from the link you provided looks a bit extreme for a GPU. The base idea however is if you can find the max GPU clock without increasing the voltage then you might remain on safe ground. Changing voltage is quite tricky on GPUs because most of them are already full throttled from factory. From my point of view it does not worth the risk because the performance increase is quite small. Wait one more CPU generation (1 year ?) then go for a full system upgrade.

No need for CPU upgrade at all. Yo may need to wait another 2 generations until new CPUs will make any difference. GPU all the way.... as high as you can afford.

Teamspeak and the mods are good enough not only for DCS but for majority of co-op games. ED should concetrate on other more important things.

Endless discussions.... :) Learn to master it in various contexts. Then use the appropriate tactic to each situation. Maybe most important thing is to learn when to flee. If you have the "winner" condition in your blood and cannot handle the lose situations then maybe you should try other plane that proved better during YOURS sortie. If this condition is still not a "winner" for you then for sure is something about the interface between chair and joystick/keyboard :D

When Gunfighter and this grip will be available for EU? I have not given up my G940 grip because of the analog ministick on it. This grip however, looks like the best ergonomic layout I have ever seen.

Agree with Demon. If you are on 4k then yes... upgrade might worth it. If you are on 1920x1080 then is not worhting at all. Your config is good enough.

I will be short: Integrity Check for multiplayer servers needs to include the newly Addon Packs in their mechanism This is quite mandatory so that the multiplayer experience to be consistent... otherwise the situation when we are walking on the same street but seeing different crowd around will be a big issue. This type of addon pack change a bit what the DCS World used to be from "base engine" point of view. Until now every module were present in DCS base engine and we could see modules that we did not own. This addon pack however... is completely different... you don't have it.. then you don't see it. If this understading is not correct please let us know exactly. Also, still hoping that a dedicated server will be ever available. In case of dedicated server it will be constructive for all of us and ED to have all modules possible to be hosted with no charge. Arma3 approach is best example for above topics. PS: please not start saying about community split or financial implications in here.

I was trying several sound mods made by Diveplane, unfortunately I found all of them unusable. Reason are the sounds are not well balanced in various engine regimes: sometimes to loud, sometimes too low and strange transitions I do have excellent sound peripherals (soundcard Creative + headset Plantronics) and they are simply "crying". I do prefer ED sounds over those by far.

Would you please try explain a bit more clear what your problem is?

Indeed, because I have a monitors arrangement which is not the perfect one for DCS (1k monitor centered on top of a 4k monitor ), Ikarus was the only software i have tried which I managed to set it up perfectly. Helios went always offset so that I was not able to access the entire panel. Now I am working to export MFDs on that monitor and still not succeeded, but at least I can have the main panel available with Ikarus.

Ikarus is what I am looking for. Thank you a lot both of you.
