That was my use-case .. I counted the rockets fired around my aircraft to a range of 1,500 meters, so all of them hit the target while still being within that range

on my case what I find bitter is that this attitude of "never enough" has became commonplace within this community … everywhere I see someone planning an F-4E the voices raise instantly: "why not an F-4B instead" or why not a modernized F-4 used by just a single country? … or someone cames out with a b747 livery, instantly I can see "why not an iranian 747?, or an F-104 is announced, and there it is "I want a pristine cockpit", etc, etc ….

I’ve never used that path, are you trying to change the default DCS atc audio? I place my audio files on the same folder as the MIZ file that uses them.

the M92 objects were added to DCS with a slightly different name, to avoid conflicts I guess. This means that to employ the newly added objects you must edit your mission and replace each one. I don’t really understand what you were trying to say here. I dont do MP, I guess the mission used by the server needs to be updated to employ the new objects.

There is a law somewhere: "Data expands to fill the space available for storage." .. I think its a Parkinson's Law corollary I replaced my main 1 TB SSD with a 2 TB unit (drive C) about a year ago ... however it is now at 90% capacity: Drive C contains Windows, DCS and my Lightroom photo collection. The old SSD is now drive G and it contains my Cloud Drive data. The remaining 4 drives are old non-SSD units used mainly for backups, as is my Apple AirPort network drive. For me the only solution is to replace one of the disks, as my PC can't hold more than 6 drives, so I'm thinking on purchasing a 2 TB Sata SSD (about US$ 100 on my country), to replace one of the 1 TB HDD and use it for holding my Cloud Drive, and the old G drive use for holding my photo collection, releasing 0.6 TB off my C drive, to give my DCS more breathing room.

En su parte inferior el equipo debe tener una etiqueta con el numero de modelo preciso, con ese dato se puede buscar la especificacion exacta de la maquina. La tarjeta gráfica en un notebook no es posible de cambiar, lamentablemente. En efecto, es por ese motivo que yo aun sigo utilizando mi PC de torre que data de hace mas de 20 años .. de sus partes originales no queda casi nada, pues con el tiempo le he iso cambiando la placa madre, el procesador, la tarjeta grafica, etc: Es una lástima ... pero si entiendo bien el juego anteriormente te funcionaba bien .. ¿hay algun evento que puedas correlacionar con el comienzo del problema? (una actualizacion de windows, una nueva version de DCS, etc)

Are you sure? Seems to me that this will be a separate Assets Pack, with owners of the current WW2 Assets pack being given a 30% price discount, not free.

Hi, Yes, I was editing a training mission for the MiG-21 and wanted to detect the moment where all rockets are expended. The MiG-21 has no parameter nor indicator that could provide this information, so your Script came in handy for this. Thanks a lot for the very kind offer, but it is not really necessary .. the current script handled this nicely. The sentences I used are these: That's what I believed too, and was prepared to add the rockets fired on each attack pass myself, but in practice I found that the Flag is not reset by the script and so it actually accumulates all rockets that match the filter irrespective of the firing moment. Here you can see on each attack pass how the flag (that I display on a message) goes from 32, to 64 and to 96 rockets, with me never having to worry about adding the values myself: Thanks a lot for the very useful Script, I'm sure i will be using it on a lot of my future missions Eduardo

honestly, the experience left me drained and with no desire to repeat it, after trying pretty hard to fit in, be present on every planned mission in spite of a 4 hour time-difference with the server, the drop that overfilled the glass was when I was falsely accused of trying to steal their missions … so, never again.

I actually tried MP for over a year, with a spanish-speaking Squadron, and for me boring was: having to wait for that last chap to arrive to the Briefing and while waiting, having to endure the bad jokes, rude comments, and juvenile lingo over the intercom and once the mission did start, enduring the interminable questions of those that didn't fully knew their aircraft and of course witnessing the ones that abandoned the mission mid course so it wasn't uncommon that a 2 hour mission evolved into a 3 hours plus affair, where no one had any time for a proper return to base or debriefing. So, finally able to fly by myself isn't really boring to me, its truly enjoyable

ED already reports to the AV makers, but you have to wait until your AV is updated, perhaps you could complain to your AV maker, after all is their software the faulty one.

Hello all, I'm having the strangest problem: I had a mission setup with two clients: one that started on the ground and another that started already on the air. Now I want to edit a second mission, based on the prior one but for just a single aircraft. So I deleted one of the two clients (the ground start one), and set the remaining one to "Player" instead of "Client", like this: Here I can confirm that there is no other aircraft on the mission: However, when I start the modified mission, it still shows me the role selection dialog: And when I select the Coalition, there is just the single aircraft My question is: How do I get rid of the client selection dialog and go straight into the cockpit? whenever I read something like that, I feel so grateful to only do Single Player and having to please just myself when flying DCS user mods enhance DCS so much that it hurts to think ever playing without them.

I try not to think about DCS elements that are not yet here, I’ve found it isn’t productive, so I’d rather focus on the elements we already have, to create my missions, plus I also like to try and test User Mods that provide additional elements, like those of @currenthill @Eight Ball and @Massun92 (plus so many others, the list is too long to mention here)
