  1. this feature was designed for the A-10C and the Blackshark 2 only, no other module supports it. I’m not sure if the A-10C Ii or the Ka-50 III support it. the new DTC feature should supersede it.
  2. They are probably working full time on the F-1M, and after that the F-104 will be their focus as its sale potential should be great as I understand that the CW Germany map has sold very well and the 104 would be a natural on that map. So, a Mirage 3 would be quite far away … even if I would like to have one to fly on the Falklands and Sinai maps.
  3. Looks great, will certainly give it a try
  4. agree, most of the other pinned tutorials are pretty outdated and this series is very well made, even if its author has no time for solving its few remaining bugs.
  5. thanks a lot for the link, as I wasn’t aware of this training Campaign … I’m not currently flying the Hornet but downloaded it anyway to use them ad refresher training once I get back to the Hornet.
  6. you must be much younger than me as i’ve never been able to learn more than a single module at a time (except the FC aircraft), but I do try to master each Module before going into the next.
  7. I’m not at home this week, but will try to test this during the week-end and then get back here.
  8. Came here because of the click-bait title… but it’s hard to take the thread seriously, as the -21 is the one that has the dubious award for worse training missions
  9. when you action a trigger like perform clickable action device, command, value, to press a button, you also need to un-press it before using it again, with a value 0 instead of 1 also, some cockpit elements need a time to let its animation work, so you may need to separate the different actions on separate triggers: not all actions on the same trigger.
  10. The path seems wrong, it goes on the root, not inside Config … but I’m not sure as I’m not at my pc at the moment.
  11. This thread is for the Sinai Map, I don't know if the RSBN works at Kola nor if there is a User Mod for that Map. Edit: Just checked and found that the Mig-21 does include RSBN for Kola, but not ARC stations:
  12. Not a bug, on my DCS they are displayed, like this: Are you sure that your user folder is actually "user", and that the DCS folder within is actually named "DCS" ? ... on my PC both my user folder and the DCS folder are named differently, like this: Attach your dcs.log folder to take a look at your path names, Eduardo
  13. Could be, for the record I’m not using 2FA.
  14. OK, got it ... seems I will be able to employ your tool to port at the very least my Fleets Templates
  15. How will you handle the diverse coordinates origins to ensure that the duplicate template is at least within the visible part of the new map? My own templates are edited to work at a specific map location (an airbase, a flat spot for weapons range, a historical position for a SAM battery, etc) so I doubt that a straightforward duplicate would be really usable.
  16. There must be some other factor involved, as I'm also editing missions (for the T-45C mod) for long periods of time, left DCS alone while I went to lunch, do edit/run several times, and have not encountered the session expired error ... maybe your Internet connection is less steady than mine? On my log you can check my session lasted from 11:44 to 20:39 .. almost 9 hours. dcs.log.old
  17. My apologies, now I re-read my words and truly can't understand what was the point I was trying to make .. I must have been falling asleep ... sorry. eduardo
  18. Agree, that's why I didn't post here even if I'm a big fan of the DCS Kneeboard.
  19. Hopefully ED can continue the trend it started with @Massun92 and @currenthill Mods, and add the @cdpkobra & @seth0s Civil Aircraft Mod to DCS, though probably the licensing costs from Boeing and Airbus could be excessive
  20. The forum is divided on sections, you posted on the one devoted to the legacy Lock-On, not DCS.
  21. you still fly this 20 year old sim?
  22. Honestly, I can't really share this "new is good, old is bad" viewpoint ... it leads to never be satisfied with what one already has available, but instead always looking forward to the new. CH will not dissapear, what he meant on the FAQ is that his Mod Packs will not see further development, but instead he will work on new assets under ED's roof. I believe that view point is shared with a minority of very hands-on Users, I know that on my own case I updated the Packs only when really needed for the mission I was editing. Much better in fact ... I never shared my own missions that employed CH assets because I would have to do tech support for most people that use Mods without enough experience, but now that the assets will be built-into DCS, sharing missions become a much easier possibility. So, for me this is an excellent development and can't share your sad feelings
  23. not all vsn mods employ the F-15C binaries, some use the A-10A, Su-27 or Su-33 … I can fly the F-104 if I enter first the F-15C and then change slot to the F-104, as shown here:
