  1. I've been using the MiG-21 a lot lately, and I was getting a bit bored of the MiG's default theme. So, I replaced the wallpaper, the loading screen, and the background music. I'm sharing it so that maybe other users feel compelled to share theirs It's packaged in OvGME format, so that I can easily change themes as the mood strikes (as DCS only allows a single User Theme). It does not impact the multiplayer IC, since its files go into your /Saved Games/ folder. To use it you will have to select the USER THEME. Credits: Wallpaper photo by Steve Knight.   2. I would vote yes, but to me PFM or EFM is the same thing, EFM being a Flight Model developed by a third party (external) while PFM is a Flight Model developed by ED. Maybe you mean a "Full Fidelity" Su-25A ?

Seems you are correct, a careful reading of the english manual that I have (Pilot’s Flight Operating Instructions No. TK-359), says: "In the course of successive actuations of the firing button, rockets will be fired at first from both inboard rocket pods, in compliance with the preset launch variant (i.e. RETS-4, 8 or 16), then the outboard rocket pods will begin to unload their rockets (automatic switchover will take place after all rockets have been fired from the inboard pods and once the firing button is depressed another time)."   5. Hi, Just wanted to add that I repeated the test using four pods of 16 rockets, and the issue happens just the same: only inner pods fire, and once depleted only then the outer pods fire too. Sadly, I doubt this bug will be solved anytime soon, so I will have to add a bug explanation to my training mission in order to be able to release it Eduardo
  6. It has 12 Instant Action missions (6 for caucasus plus 6 for Kola), two Single Missions, and 5 Training missions.

Hi, While editing a rocket training mission I realized that the Salvo setting is not working as describe on the manual: if I select a salvo size of 4 rockets, I expect 4 rockets to come out of each pod, but only the inner Pods do, the outer Pods don't begin firing until the inner pods are empty. This with a configuration of two 32 rocket pods on the inner stations, plus two 16 rocket pods on the outer stations. Has anyone else encountered this? Its a bug? Hello, I found it was an error of mine, I ended up using this sentences: Defining the Weapon Filter: myFilters={} myFilters.rockets_S5M = WT.weapon.newFilter() myFilters.rockets_S5M:addTerm("Name","S-5M",true) To detect the rockets near my aircraft: WT.weapon.near("MyAircraft",myFilters.rockets_S5M,1200,"RocketsNear") I use the RocketsNear value to update a counter of how many rockets I've fired so far ...   11. This got to be one of the most useless threads currently on the Forum ... I for sure will purchase the Module once its on the Store, but until then I refuse to spent time worrying about it, instead I prefer to fly the F-4E and the MiG-21 ... it's way more entertaining than ranting about a news update.
  12. I use ChatGPT to write for me fictional storylines for some of my missions, it's very good at that. With some effort I can get complete storylines I have not and believe that most likely it is not feasible.

Hello, I tried it, but for some reason it didn't count the rockets, on this next screengrab, the "Rockets fired" line displays the current value of the flag (rocketsNear), and it is at 0 in spite of having fired 32 rockets I will now edit a simpler test mission (the one I'm using as testbed is the actual mission where I need to count how many rockets I've fired, since the MiG-21 does not have any in-cockpit display with the remaining rocket quantity still available) .. hopefully I will find my error, but in any case a simpler mission set at Caucasus will allow me to share it here if I'm still having trouble best regards Eduardo

  17. if you upgraded from a 1080p display to a 1440 one, then your gpu has to move around 5 million pixels instead of 2 million, a performance hit is unavoidable. Give it a try: tell windows to use your old resolution: 1920 x 1080 and re-test dcs

  22. Not related, your issue seems to be different than the OP's ... search the forum for "antivirus false positive" and you should get a solution for your issue.

  25. most likely a user mod issue … perhaps you have an old version of the Gripen?
