It is beyond me why people actually presume to complain about the price. No one is forcing you to buy it. if you think its too much feel free to move along or wait for a sale.

There is a mod cockpit in the user files that has a pretty complete English cockpit , pretty good work too only problem is that they changed from metric to imperial units which i prefer not to have in the Mig21

Well, technically EDGE was supposed to be 1.3.0 , after 1.2.9 they went 1.2.10 , 1.2.11 , 1.2.12 , 1.2.13 , 1.2.14 and so on ... so don't worry about that.

Video shows being able to do at least 10 minutes of non combat flight , no apparent graphic issues and performance looked smooth as butter (all while Wags was recording this) good enough for me , feel free to release hehe :) -

Well there are always the crazy ones... Game developer`s forum typical population is either the very biggest fans or the ones that want to complain, i would hazard a guess that most DCS players never even registered here and rarely read the forum if at all. you know what ? if they did an update that consisted of a sentence: 'Happy holidays etc.. we are going on vacation for a month' and put a nice screenshot of say... the hornet with NTTR in the background and nothing else, that would be great! really not asking for daily updates on nightly builds here.

Its probably cuz the banner is too long. Seriously though, if ED would communicate with us more , such ridiculous threads would not popup all the time. Its Jan 20th and we didn't get any general DCS news since Dec 4th`s newsletter. Your fans are dying for some updates, even something general , doesn't have to be release dates.

Sobek , not sure how many games you play but what i`m proposing is standard for 90% of games today (Steam,Origin , Blizzard etc.) At the very least you can do 'remember my password' like DCS already does for MP ( does that extra click for user and pass bother you today?) or they can do automatic login like Steam and Origin do. the amount of data that passes for this kind of authentication is less than what it takes for you to load this web page. That 'data cost' argument boggles me every time, this is 2015 not 1995 and you are not paying 1$ per 1Kb on a 28800 baud.

slight improvement most likely due to more CPU cache. i would not bother today with anything more than a regular quad core, only reason to get the socket 2011 6 cores for gaming is if you want triple channel memory, which isnt that neccecity with GPU`s today having 3-4gigs so very little movement between RAM and GPU once the game is loaded

So why allow unbinding keys anyway? i don't see the point of it. if you bind a key - thats it , its your forever and you can have all the activation you want, add the user login to the SP menu like most games today do and you wont have to worry about it and you wont have to limit activation.

maybe if they change the singleplayer GUI to be part of the MP executable where you need to login to your user every time you start the game like other games out there.

But decativations are not limitless , i can deactivate 10 times only and those points you ( 3 for hdd 6 memory etc. ) dont seem to be same for all modules , otherwise i can explain why the ones i tried (mig21 and p51) asked to reactivate by the way , if i dont reactivate and restart with the old hardware configuration it wont ask to activate again.

Problem is that 'hardware changes' is too sensitive, i was doing some tests with different memory slots, and each time it would reset my activations. also the same when i removed a HDD from my computer (which is not used by DCS or Windows in anyway) i mean , a difference CPU/Motherboard i can understand , memory? not really cool some unused hdd removed resets activations? thats insane. i decided to keep the HDD in the system for the sole purpose of not losing activations.

I changed the amount of memoey and it requested to reactivate, this is way too much, I dont know if dcs even has a piracy scene but you take it too far

Not bad, i haven't completed my setup for the MiG21, but i think there are several wasted buttons here that could be used (Trim L/R, Radio Hat) since you already went for TARGET , you can make use of the 3 flaps modes instead of just 2 ( Off/T.O /Landing) , of course those can be done in LAU also. the 3 pos light switch on the throttle in my opinion is better used for Radar filter off/on/antenna up than nav lighting (need faster access to it than lights) anyways , thanks for sharing!
