Warum das so ist, weiß wohl nur ED selbst. Keine Ahnung, wie das mit den gekauften Modulen dann in Steam gehandhabt werden müsste, wenn sie ne DCS Alpha 2.0 als Early Access gemacht hätten. Das ist evtl. alles nicht so praktikabel. Du kannst aber , soweit ich weiß, deine Steam-Seriennummern für DCS-Standalone benutzen. D.h. wenn du die Alpha unabhängig von Steam testen wolltest, könntest du das machen. Allerdings müsstest du heit die Nevada-Karte im DCS-Shop kaufen und der Key lässt sich nicht in Steam nutzen.

Ja, Nevada ist seit heute für die Alpha 2.0 erhältlich. Die Alpha 2.0 läuft aber noch separat zur Beta 1.5. D.h. wenn du auf der Nevada-Karte fliegen willst, musst du die Alpha 2.0 runterladen und dann die Nevada-Karte über den Modulmanager "aktivieren". Anscheinend geht das alles aber noch nicht so reibungslos, mit der Modulmanager-Aktivierung für Nevada.

He he, nice find Cibit and good flying! If I remember correctly this wasn`t possible by default in older versions.

Login in to DCS site, on your personal section on the left side is "License check". Put your serial number in there and click "Check". On the right side you have some options and it will show you the Star Force serial number parameters.

Die exe endet auf .part, weil sie noch nicht vollständig heruntergeladen ist. Mach es wie Monty schreibt: Lade dir das Modul am besten über den Modulmanager. Wenn du es dennoch über die Webseite machst, lädst du dir momentan die Version 1.2 des Moduls (MIG-21BIS_1.2.16.43180.9-9.exe). Die wäre eigentlich für Version 1.2, aber wenn du sie in den Betaordner installierst, sollte das Modul beim nächsten Beta-Start auf v1.5 aktuallisiert werden.

Yes, I´m very curious what ED will come up with. We see what already can be done with the current possibilitys (i.e. with Lua scripting).

Question for Page 57: For emergency flap extension it is necessary to move the emergency flap extension valve lever, located on the right panel in the front or rear cockpits, all the way back. (Why mention this specific Valve, all others should not moved all the way back!?) (after mention the Flap valve it continues with Landing gear monitoring?) Landing gear extension is monitored by corresponding lights and mechanical pointers. In case of emergency landing gear extension, the gear doors are kept open and the U/C DOORS OUT (gear doors are opened) indicator light remains on. Question for Page 60 (8-82.pdf): It is about aircraft controls, the arrows pointing only to the trimmers though?

Bei mir ging es folgendermaßen: Öffne eine Kommandozeile in deinem DCS World 1.5 Installationsverzeichnis. Sollte in etwa so aussehen, ja nach dem, wohin du v1.5 installiert hast: Gib dann dort ein: dcs_updater.exe install L-39 (achte auf Groß-/Kleinschreibung beim Modulnamen, sonst geht es nicht.) Funktioniert der Befehl, solltest du so ein Fenster, wie rechts auf dem Bild, sehen. Damit sollte die L-39 in der aktuellen Version installiert werden und dann als Modul in DCS World 1.5 beta verfügbar sein.

Can anybody explain this one to me?: ED set the price for a (any?) 3rd-Party modul? Is that part of the agreement between ED and a 3rd-Party? I´m just curious...
