Ja, und hoffentlich machen sie durch den vermutlichen Performance-Zuwachs auch gleich noch die Bäume kollidierbar. Ich gehe zwar erst mal nicht davon aus, da es ja wesentlich mehr Vegetation auf dieser Karte gibt, als auf Nevada, aber die Hoffnung stirbt ja bekanntlich zu letzt.

So ist es. Sie sind sich diesen Problemen bewusst. So würde ich das nicht sagen, da CIG die CryEngine komplett für sich anpassen kann. Der in der CryEngine integrierte Netcode ist ungeeignet/wuppt das nicht, und musste daher neu geschrieben werden, und das hat natürlich gedauert und wird weiter optimiert.

Idealerweise gibts du von Anfang an schon rechtes Seitenruder, bevor du am Kollektiv ziehst. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, muss man recht viel "reintreten", aber knapp war es bisher noch nicht bei mir. Ich hatte noch genug Pedalweg für z.B. eine anschließende Drehung nach rechts. Allgemein ist ein Fenestron nicht so effektiv wie ein gewöhnlicher Heckrotor, aber wirkliche Probleme hatte ich bisher noch nicht.

An Truppentransport wäre ich auch interessiert. Da gab es schöne Missionen als der Huey rauskam. Weiß aber nicht, ob die immernoch funktionieren, bzw. wo es angepasste Versionen davon gibt.

Ich mache das nicht oft, von daher bin ich mir nicht sicher. Aber hier: C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games sollte es einen oder mehrere DCS-Ordner bei dir geben und dort sind deine Einstellungen gespeichert. Ich denke, bei der De-Installation wird dieses Verzeichnis nicht mitgelöscht. Von daher stehen die Chancen gut, dass deine Einstellungen erhalten bleiben, wenn du De- und Neuinstallierst. Du kannst ja sonst ne Kopie der Ordner machen und nach der Neuinstallation wieder zurück kopieren.

Don`t get me wrong here though, just wondering and as a hobby pilot myself, I always try to learn something from such accidents. Decision must be made so quick when flying. As for the fuel burning, don`t think that private companys have such fuel tanks the military is using.
