And the track file (see last fight). JustDogFight_CaucasusC_v1.4a-20180830-013930.rar
-
Something is also wrong with the hud closure indicator. Look at the screens. Happens often in dogfights , even with light g's . Don't think that's related with the gun snake issue (that is also seen on the screens).

What new feature of the Hornet are you most looking forward to?
jaguara5 replied to Wags's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Absolute top priority should be fixing the STT lock losing when rolling. Then full implementation of the missing AA / IFF systems, so we have a fully capable AA platform. And then move on more specialized AG systems weapons -
That's why i'm asking, because the cougar is not mentioned. But it's not mentioned also in the T-50 base, though it is compatible with it.
-
Is this base compatible with the cougar stick? And will it be compatible with the new hornet stick?
-
The devs have spoken. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3536909&postcount=1 Harrier will be completely finished in 2018. Time will tell if they miss their deadline.
-
Very useful would be the addition of a magic employment rules of thumb table like this one https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2621884&postcount=130 (see also the next one post).
-
May I ask how compares this base to the T-50 and the Warthog base in terms of stick precision / smoothness / durability?
-
can someone from virpil inform us, when the t-50 bsse will be available for purchase again?
-
Don't want to open a new thread, can someone compare the warthog stick + extension with the vpc T-50 base / warthog stick? Are the differences really so big? And also, since I have an old hotas cougar, would you suggest to buy the T-50 base and use it with the cougar stock stick? Do they work flawlessy? I'm considering to go this road, and buy later the TM hornet stick (i'm assuming that it will be compatible with the T-50 base, right?) and the T-50 throttle.

Unless i'm missing something, description / image for the altitude alert arrow on the HUD is completely missing.

Look here https://old.reddit.com/r/hoggit/comments/8ghfdx/razbam_m2000c_statement/e22y0j1/?context=1

IIRC razbam - ec 2/5 would announce the changes in the following (after the colaboration announcment) months. I think it was on facebook but can' t remember exactly. The (first?)list of changes are on the update news thread.

See here https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3536909&postcount=1 Mirage will '' enhanced / updated '' (sometime) in 2018. They don't use the word ''finished'' either because they have already declared the product as ''completed'' or because indeed they are waiting some code from Ed's side that is not expected to be ready this year (like A/G and A/A radar as Zeus already said the Mirage will benefit in both areas from the new code developed for the Hornet).

Does anybody know how non US / carrier operators fly the traffic pattern and perform the landing? (i' m interested especially for Finnland, Switzerland and Australia). Carrier wise (350 kts / 800 ft, downwind 600 feet, no flare etc) or more conventionally (e.x. 300 kts 1500 ft initially, with flare etc)? And also, can someone describe with concrete numbers a real life touch and go procedure? (what to do after touchdown, at which altitude / speed perform the 180 turn to the downwind etc)
-
May I ask if a) the g limiter override brings better turn performance and b) if it's ever used IRL during dogfight
-
Does anybody know if the F-15E has the same A/A performance in comparison to the F-15C? Do they have the same maneuverability in WVR fights?
-
Thanks for the 1vs 1 dogfights slots, the server gets better and better! May I suggest to incorporate also a single 1 vs 1 BVR slot , i know it's a ''dogfight'' server or that we can land and rearm with BVR missiles in the main area, but it would be cool to have it and practice immediate BVR engagements (pure action time), without waisting time with takeoff/ landing / rearming etc.

Thanks Prowler! As a M2000C hardcore enthusiast, may I kindly ask if do you plan to complete the M2000 next year?

Have also hard time with the radar. With a lock, can't turn to the side 20 deg and the lock is lost, against a head on coming target . Am I missing something or is it WIP? Track provided BUG RADAR ..trk
-
Attatched is a track file form the instant action free flight mission. I pulled 18 g's (with g limiter override), the 20+ g's I've mentioned above was on a dogfight MP server with less fuel. BUG ..trk
-
Don't know if this has already been reported. A fellow member demonstrated during our last mp session how you can pull 22 g's by switching off ch 3and 4 of the FCS.actually we achieved even 28g.
