Hi, YoYo der Entwickler des Flugmodels hat im Englischen Teil des 109 Threads vor kurzer Zeit einiger seiner orginal Dokumente veröffentlicht, weil immer wieder die Frage nach Ruderkräfte und Trimmung aufkamen ob das realistisch umgesetzt ist. Bei der 109 ist der Schwerpunkt im verlauf des Krieges im weiter nach hinten gewandert, z.B durch Einbau des MW-50 Tanks. Das spiegelt sich in der Trimmung wieder, das die 109 ziemlich Kopflastig getrimmt werden muss. Mit Ausfliegen des Kraftstoffes wandert der Schwerpunkt wieder nach vorne. Die 0 Trimmung macht Sie aber wesentlich agiler im Luftkampf...
  2. Hence where is the Story gone of the Campaign? Why should we land at the Outpost after taking off from Batumi? Was there some Furniture to deliver? Or Work in Progress?

  4. From my understanding the Problem with Dora Engine is not only related to MW-50, buried little bit deeper in the complex Engine Cooling from the Jumo. You can kill your Engine still after short period of MW-50 Flying, when you start to reduce Power... There was some time (still there not sure) when 109 Oil Temperature goes over the Red Line it will never come Back even when you shut down the Engine. But what ever is the cause for this, WW2 is currently really Frustration with the unsolved Dora and Spit Problems.
  5. Mein Wheelstand ist jetzt ca. 3 Jahre alt, über die neue Version wo der Halter für den Throttel direkt am Grundgestell festgeschraubt ist kann ich nicht viel sagen... Der Wheelstand war in einer Woche da ohne Probleme kann da nichts negatives berichten, hat alles Top geklappt. Gleich Vorweg mein Wheelstand ist nach 3 Jahren nicht mehr das was er mal war....siehe Bilder Probleme bei mir waren z.B das mit dem Wheelstand mein Joystick komplett am Tisch angestanden ist. Meine Armlehnen vom Bürostuhl haben ca genau die Höhe vom Tisch , mein PC Schreibtisch ist relative lang und sonst bin ich gefühlt zuweit weg vom Monitor. Das Rohr für die Höhenverstellung war bei mir auch zu lang. Die Platte im Bild zwischen Rohr und Joystick Grundplatte hatte ich als Distanzhalter zum Schreibtisch eingebaut. Ich bin am Anfang noch mit Saitek Pedale geflogen, Halterung und rutschfestigkeit waren damals noch ok. Aber selbst damals war ich schon sichtlich genervt, weil mein Büro Stuhl der mich nach einmal Pedal tretten durch den halben Raum katapultiert hat... Zum Schluss waren es dann Crosswind Pedale, da ist die Standard Halterung ein Witz, und der Wheelstand fängt sich auch an über den Boden zu bewegen. Aber kommt alles auf deine Gegebenheiten an nur alls kleiner Denkanstoß.. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden damit...(Throttel Ständer ist self made)

With 2.2 Patch before Christmas my trouble begun, have consistent sometime more sometimes less Game Freezes that is still there after upgrading to 2.5 Was exclusive flying so far Normandy Map since then. In the mean Time I am upgraded from a GTX 970 to a 1070 8GB a lot of different Nvidia driver Game Freezes still there. Only get this Failed.ofsh file nothing more why should tell the Pictures. The Game freezes in the moment of shooting down the P-51 was just randomly. Sometimes in Multiplayer the Game comes back with Alt+Tab It switches between Black DCS 2.5 Screen and the Frozen In game Picture.   7. Die ganze Backup-Ordner sind sachen die du irgendwann mal in DCS verändert hast sprich angepasste LUAs für personalisierte Tastaurbefehle und Buttons, Terrain Mods, Sichteinstellungen. Wird auch erstellt wenn du über JSGME Mods laufen hast. Wenn du die Back-ups nicht mehr brauchst, kannst du Sie löschen...
  8. Geh auf dein DCS World\BIN Verzeichnis links Shift+ Rechts Klick dan in die Eingabeauffoderung DCS_Updater.exe update @openbeta schreiben. Das was shagrat oben geschrieben hat..

  13. Tower give you MH Heading to the Airfield not to the Runway, after the Tower stays in the middel of the Airfield and not at the End of the Runway there is discrepancy in Course. (In real Live it is a Loop Radio Antenna on the Tower that pics up your Call and give you a Direction) Second MH Bearings are Rounded for the Runway on the Map because you can not tell on a wobbling Compass it is 273 or 277 Degrees. And not enough in DCS is a slight discrepancy over the rounding, when the MH Heading is 270 on the Maps sometimes radio Call as you mentioned is 280 and correct without rounding would be probably 275. You can test this on Nevada because Magnetic variation is here much bigger then on Caucasus it is around 13 Degres so far i remeber... Jets dont use odinary Magnetic Compass for Navigation, because lot off errors in the Direction where you fly in Speed Changes and so on...MIG21 for example use a Gyro Stabilized Compass... Edit attacked Picture probably this makes more clear...
  14. After we getting F-4 and more and more Vietnam stuff, would choose the OV-10 Bronco that is used in civil role and light military recon Plane. Would be a impact later on a in MP and Fun to Fly...
  15. The difference between Map Course and Control Tower Course is one is Magnetic Heading and the other one on your Map is true Heading. Because the magnetic North Pole is not on the Geographic North Pole. When you fly the Control Tower Course the MH Heading this leads you with your Compass direct to the Airfield. Called QDM Heading in Aviation...
  16. The Dive/Speed Breaks are the Fences under the Wing outboard of the Engines... What do you mean without usefull Torpedos? Technical or from AI Stand Point because our AI doesnt use dive Bombing aswell so far? Germany use LT F5b and LT F5w (Italien made)Torpedos, was not the best naval Torpedos but they do the Job....

Was lately watching again the Screenshots over the development of Asset Pack, was thinking again the Ju-88 looks odd for a Bomber A4 Version but couldn't match any Version with the limited View from the Screenshots. Discovered our Ju-88 is little bit special Task, it's a Ju-88A4/Torp Version. With a conversion Kid they removed the dive Breaks and instead of the external ETC Bomb Racks the Ju-88 get two external mounts for LT Torpedo's. (Lufttorpedo). The Ju-88 A17 main Torpedo Version had a removed C-Stand, Belly defensive Station. The noticeable variation in the Screenshots is the bulge on the right side of the Cockpit for mechanical Torpedo calculator. Seems a interesting Version that found actually action in Normandy.

  22. When I get forced to Fly 15 Minutes and spot nothing from our current 5 Players with not so optimal Spotting system, I will stay especially now on top of the enemy Base to find some one...
  23. Not sure there is a problem with indication when it's start overheating? Was previously the same it will show at full Power the indications go to the red line without killing the Engine same goes for the 109.. Can even fly the P-51 with combat Power all day long when the Airspeed is high enough... 190 Goes rarely over the Mark only when you do stalls with full Power applied. But this trouble with random Engine failure is now one Year anniversary in DCS But my Engine is more failing in reducing Power situations when the Radiator Flaps full closed some kind of ironic.. But hope so the DM is not so far from our WW2 Birds, even when the World is now running around the F-18...
  24. Kuban region trimmed for 1942/43 would be also a nice addition, (some of my squadron Mates even refuses to touch the Map any Time soon after 10 Years of non stop Caucasus) but what we do there fly out the K4? With I-16 we get least suitable Plane for the Time Frame for single Player Mission for ground staff at least... Also you can work around with the current Map but sometimes you get at least some strange Situations, remember shoot down a P-51 in MP and the wreck hit the Nuclear Power Plant lol :D
