  1. Not at all! Keep up the good work! Sent from my SM-A500M using Tapatalk
  2. Hi, Lynx Thank you very much for sharing your great plans and products! However, there's a little error in your MIP .dxf (I didn't download the .pdf but I suppose it was exported from the .dxf): For the MFCD, the horizontal offset between the top mounting hole and the bottom one is 5,1mm according to the Elbit 5” x 5” AMLCD datasheet. Your plans' is 4,7 mm as I measured it. Both values are in the Elbit plans but it seems to me that you got them inverted. I noticed it because I was drawing my MFCD and when I drag it and put it on top of your drawings the backplate bottom mounting holes are a little bit off. Best regards!
  3. I'd love to see a sneak peak of what SOH looks like so far Sent from my SM-A500M using Tapatalk
  4. That is the backlighting and it's possible because the only metal part of each one of the panels is the backplate that holds the lightbulbs and their light pass through the lightplates that are made of plexiglass
  5. So it's a bug... I thought I had faulty switches in my cockpit
  6. I haven't had bad experiences with TARGET and I don't think it's that hard to use either. It's just that it couldn't offer me what I wanted: Wrap all my BU0836X input boards along with the TM hardware in one device. I fly DCS and FSX only and I haven't seen the need to use this software as the HOTAS is well supported by these games. Using the scripting all I could do regarding the HOTAS backlighting was to map the pinky switch on the throttle to dim and power cycle the lights in all the TM devices at the time which is cool but unpractical in my case. I'd like the setting to be permanent without the need to have the script running in the background. I think I'll open my Warthog base and wire those LEDs to my cockpit lighting 12v rail
  7. TARGET is a waste of your computer resources. I only use it to switch the backlighting off in my TM Warthog.
  8. This could be the long awaited solution to VR hands tracking for full inmmersive flight simulation experience https://blogs.microsoft.com/next/2016/06/26/talking-hands-microsoft-researchers-moving-beyond-keyboard-mouse/#sm.0000uhkyzen1sd29tfm289g55fr9y
  9. I prefer the round one. Fits better the Mirage shape. btw, what software do you use to model this?
  10. Please make it sticky ...
  11. I can use any HID device to work flawlessly with Helios even if it's a pot. Just follow that video by the letter. It clearly shows that you need to select LUA SCRIPT and add the trigger_value command line.
  12. No thanks. I wouldn't like to see civil simulation. We already have FSX, P3D, X-Plane & DT Fligh School for that purpose. Enough already with three trainers in DCS.
  13. Where are those clouds from? If I may ask...
  14. I really like when people show their builds. I'll be around looking at your progress. Nice!
  15. A-10C replays are a mess now. I can't recall exactly when they got broke but I remember that roughly a year ago they were working fine
  16. Awesome! I wish I had one set of real throttles too!
  17. I was referring to this affirmation. That's why I said no need for TARGET software to control LED intensity in the COUGAR MFDs but I made clear that for the WARTHOG HOTAS you need the TARGET software and the settings are reset back to default everytime the computer boots
  18. I'm talking about the cushions only! I checked the prices here and the bottom cushion only is $1600 http://www.coastalseatcushions.com/F16.php That's why I'm saying that's too expensive for me
  19. really nice cushions although expensive for my budget
  20. I was so enthusiastic to fly with him in his last invitation. I wrote on Feb, 19th hoping to see reply from him and being so busy these days I just knew of his pass away. RIP, Blooze
  21. That's sad news, Jack R.I.P. Blooze.
  22. I think the same. I feel more inmmersed if I'm the only pilot. Lol It's a relief that it's togglable
