  1. The fuel flow is supposed to stop at some point, faster you go, more energy you need, but if you keep adding fuel you'd exceed the turbine inlet temperature. Now, I converted this number to imperial (because I'm used to imperial in this case more than metric), and 274 kg/min equals to 36,233 pounds per hour, it sounds like a reasonable number maybe? Unfortunately, I don't have any consumption chart here. But yes, I think the question is more of a "should the FF stop here or later?" type question than "is this number correct now?", if you know what I mean.
  2. IRMAV is included... You just need to 'hack' the game a bit :) https://streamable.com/cuy4w
  3. Full AB and see how fast it is.
  4. That's something I've been waiting for a really long time, it would be nice for CA at least.
  5. Spending hours in the stratosphere, that must be fun :)
  6. +1
  7. I know right? :) ED certainly did a great job.
  8. That's not upgrading the bomb, that's adding a new bomb. See the planned weapons for the Hornet, if what you're looking for isn't there, the answer is probably no.
  9. The thread is about the MiG-29, not sure why you mention 'other aircraft types'. :) But anyway, I didn't know what he was talking about initially, thanks for the clarification.
  10. What's wrong with the intakes? The fact that they close on the ground? Completely normal...

    Chrome livery?

Read this PBR guide by Skate, it might help you out. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=193596
  12. Yep. Sorry when I said "in order to prove something isn't right, you need to prove it" I meant, in order to back up your claims you need to prove it with real documents, evidences and not just guesses and thinks. Little mistake there. :D
  13. It doesn't mean it's 100% correct. There may be something incorrect, a bug in FM etc. But in order to prove something isn't right, you need to prove it. :) obviously...
  14. Yeah. And there might be an aerodynamic interaction between the fuselage or even the engines which can produce some sort of pitching moment when you're rolling down the runway. Watch the video below, I am able to touch the nozzles on the ground without touching the stick at all. No stick, no pitch movements, just brakes and MAX AB. What do you think about this Yo-Yo? :)
  15. You can set a specific MaxView for the ME map in the .lua files. But my biggest problem with the map is the performance, it's awful on HDD, I'm planning on buying an SSD just for that. But still, it's terrible, while the map is loading the FPS is like, 22, 20, less than 30. Another issue is how the map won't render objects that are outside of your field of view. So if you zoom in, everything around you won't be rendered, unless you zoom out. At least that's how it works on HDD.
  16. Six months ago a Harrier pilot was doing an AMA (Ask me anything) on Reddit. So I took the opportunity and asked; How does it actually fly with asymmetric loads? His answer differs somewhat from DCS, it's been a few months since I flew the Harrier, so I ask, how's the Harrier behaving nowadays with asymmetric loads? It used to be very noticeable before... This is what he said, which isn't compatible with RAZBAM's FM: We have performance charts available everywhere for the Harrier, so why don't we compare it with those? Unfortunately, I am not able to do that at the moment.
  17. I didn't even touch the stick! :D MiG-29 is powerful but damn...
  18. But what's the point of that?
  19. Still using DCS 1.5 or your PC is still in the shop? :)
  20. I've found a very interesting image on the internet of a simulator which I'm not gonna quote the name, but it's the simulator used at Davis Monthan airbase, where you can see a temperature of 814-824°C~ on the ITT gauge. Although I've seen a post from NineLine saying he was able to reach temperatures of 820°C~, I've never seen temperatures above 800°C in DCS. Love the Maverick flying towards the target though! Thought it was interesting:
  21. Not correct. this is up to Belsimtek to fix.
  22. Oh well... :music_whistling:
  23. Yeah I've seen 55 on some other websites that monitor companies all over the world. If you search for CH-660.2.221.000-8 you can find more information about ED.
  24. No, generally you can't as there are only two modes. Day and night modes, sometimes the night mode has a different color. But you can't cycle different colors as you wish in a real aircraft. The color comes from the electron tube, changing its color isn't possible while you're flying the aircraft. Green is by far the best color in most cases. It's the most visible color for a human eye.
