  1. Thanks, maybe the issue is related to this general DCS thing as Flappie noted in the thread regarding similar issue in F-86. So in best case, nothing to do for you.
  2. Thanks, will try with next OB update. This was my report in F1 bug section:
  3. @Flappie Is it specific to the F-86 or a general DCS thing? Had similar tracer smoke in the F1BE cockpit when firing the gunpods.
  4. presenting the new toy
  5. Hello, did a single player flight in the BE and changed between front and rear cockpit. Is the rear seater's "fuselage indicators selected light" working or currently WIP!? I couldn't see any difference when setting the front cockpit's fuel gauge selector switch to feed or fuselage position. Can anybody show a picture with the light in off and on state? Maybe it was to dim on my end? Thanks Jens
  6. Hello, sorry if this is known or has been reported elsewhere but I haven't find an entry for this here. When shooting the gunpods in the two seater version, the smoke trails from the rounds are visible within the cockpit. Please see the following short video taken with DCS 2.9 MT version: 20231031_DCS_2.9_MT_F1BE_gun_smoke_in_cockpit.mp4 Thanks Jens
  7. Maybe it's a general DCS thing currently in OB?
  8. You need to install the additional livery folders into: c:\Users\[youruser]\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Mirage-F1CE or DCS instead of DCS.openbeta if you use stable branch.
  9. +1 for the course selection knob controls.
  10. I would like a keybind for the master caution/warning reset. Binding the navigation master modes would also be great (TACAN, VOR, RNAV). Nice to hear from bugfixing of data card and work on flight director Thanks Jens
  11. This has been fixed with DCS 2.9.
  12. Screenshot taken in 2.9, for me it's fixed:
  13. Was reported here. Currently IFA is needed for the indicator to work propeerly. I also think, NAV position should work the same, but without the benefit for the INS of being updated by GPS all the time. https://forum.dcs.world/topic/324410-mandatory-to-have-ins-knob-on-ifa-and-not-nav
  14. Happens in 2.9, this time the GS indicator is at the top of the attitude indicator. Will try again and add a trackfile. edit: Regarding the track. I saved one from the flight. But when playing it back, it didn't entered the right ILS frequency, so problem didn't show in the track. I took the controls in the track, dialed in the correct frequency and GS pointer worked ok. Will see, if I can get it, if it occurs again. Weird thing.
  15. Hello, In encyclopedia there are entries for "Refueler TZ-22 Tank" and "Refueler TZ-60 Tank" next to their tractor vehicles. Selecting the tank entries will result in a black preview screen. In ME these tank objects are not available. I guess, this will come later and is an encyclopedia error? So someone forgot to disable these entries from being available there? Thanks Jens
  16. Hello, 3d model update it great, but isn't the ATMZ-5 a bit too glossy in 2.9. For a military vehicle, it should not be polished like this Checked in DCS/2.9.0.46801 MT version. Also the bottom mirrors the ground as well as the inner of the front wheel house. Thanks Jens
  17. Hello, just noticed these two small things on the F1 BE rear canopy. 1. The left canopy handle doesn't have a clickspot, only the right one works: 2. The handle to hold the canopy partially open does not align with the ball coupling on the canopy bow: Thanks Jens
  18. No explosion or nose wheel collapse with 2.9 so far. I guess, this is finally fixed. Thanks IFE.
  19. Zombie apocalypse... Nearing Halloween, so this is a feature
  20. Thanks for continued support. Having a GTX 1660 Super, I'll hope changes are also noticeable without the option to use DLSS.
  21. Okay thanks. Patch is still downloading for me. First look needs to wait until tomorrow.
  22. Right, but as a locked thread, so no chance of commenting there.
  23. Awesome trailer: Is only the front canopy equipped with the detonation cord? Looking forward to the update. Thanks Jens
  24. I'm nowhere near into the flow dynamics, but I assume, with the incoming air flow, the engine performance has advantages going into higher RPM. You can disable A/B above Mach 1.4 and being in the overspeed regime. But you need to stay at MIL power with the throttle until RPM goes out of overspeed when speed decreases to below Mach 1.4.
  25. Recently enjoyed Petrovich again Looking forward to 2.9. As we are in October, will we see pumpkin taxi lights and skeleton crew on SC at Halloween or has this feature been disabled with all the updates since last year?
