  1. Mapped the mini-stick SCX/SCY on Warthog throttle to move and click. Well, I just touch it to activate the cursor, then move it by head. Works pretty well. But to rotate knobs must use touchpad on my diNovo Edge keyboard.
  2. Try both for a month! I loved Harrier with its AWESOME training missions. F-16C is very early in its development, I could not justify buying it yet.
  3. The problem is if they work for any game/sim, the manufacturer won't accept the return. I only fly/play DCS, so must be absolutely sure they work...
  4. No need to buy anything for a month! Just try all the modules and decide later ))
  5. Of the ones you consider, I have them all and the Ka-50 is the best to my taste. If you fly in VR you will enjoy the HMD targeting system. The learning curve is quite steep, if this is what you like too.
  6. Hello. Any update? Do they finally work with DCS?
  7. Hi. Sorry if it is a known bug or a RL feature. I did not see it mentioned anywhere. My TDC keeps jumping back to the corner when I switch from TWS to RWS, and also each time I fail to lock a bandit with TDC or he breaks the lock (ECM?). BVR fight becomes a torture, I must keep dragging the cursor back from the corner for each lock attempt... I attached a short track (8 vs 8 quick mission in VR). This is in DCS Stable. I do not have any axes mapped to move TDC, just keyboard presses programmed in TARGET. tdc.trk
  8. About the mod, I did mine a few days ago and am really happy with the result. I unlinked the throttles and filed left and then right side separately. I ran the game in active pause, regularly putting the detent back and testing until I got to 100% RPM on each engine. It took some time to get them start lifting smoothly and just at the right moment. I had to file off about 1/3 of each tooth! See attached a photo of how my detent looks now. This way I did not have to touch the curves, at least not for the Hornet.
  9. https://www.instagram.com/p/B8t6rG6qu0l/ Hi all, could anyone here comment if the gloves are worthwhile? And how long to wait for backorder?
  10. Came back here after completing Sedlo's campaign. Amazing stuff!!! Radio communications are as true to life as they can be, the missions are not too long and very well scripted. Made me laugh when the tower noticed that I broke left instead of right, and the pilot apologized! Together with the great training missions it makes the Harrier module one of the best.
  11. Hello. I recently bought this module, installed in Stable DCS and it came with Challenger campaign included! It looks good and, well, challenging. There is one strange thing about it - at least in mission 1 I did not receive 'Success' message until after I ended it...
  12. Than you all for your advice! Studying the Chuck's guide now...
  13. I too am having trouble to launch IRMV in the training mission. It does not seem to lock with TDC slewing and/or Depress. Tried 10 ingresses already. Could someone spot the problem from my screen? DCS Stable... Update. I presses the IRMV again to stop cooling, then on again, and it locked quickly in the next ingress. Must be a bug!
  14. No problem, there is a shorter version...
  15. +1 with problem. Tried the mission twice. Gear up, NAV mode, 10000 ft over WP1, nada (( I fly DCS Stable...
  16. I found doing the training missions + mapping HOTAS controls is easier for me in non-VR mode. After I learn everything plan to switch to VR.
  17. Same here. Waited for my birthday (today) to check it out in a free trial. Loving the VTOL practice!
  18. Ok, thanks. I thought I always landed in the marked circles. I tried again today, the mission did not end, but I got 75% and moved on.
  19. Hello. Don't mean to nag, but the 2-day free demo of JF-17 cannot be installed in a Stable version. Log attached. autoupdate_log.txt
  20. No, the score was 0 after I ended the mission. I did not try again yet, but here's the track of my first attempt: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1g8vutWDBXZF4C9erz9QUVyh4QAehVC-P
  21. Yes, I did all that. Mission did not end. Will try again tomorrow.
  22. Hello Forexkor, now I am having a problem with this mission ))) I was ordered to shut down the engine in the end, which I did, but the mission did not finish. I waited and waited, two Georgian Su-25 came and killed the troops around me. Something is wrong? I saved the track but it's too large to upload here.
  23. Thanks, but I already passed the mission )) The trick was to flank the cobras from south-west, so that all the rockets that overshoot them would kill the troops behind.
