So, trackIR is now part of the minimum system requirements for the Hog? Without it, you can’t use the HUD. I think the best might be to have an option for the A-10, that let’s you choose between 2D and 3D optimisation of the cockpit. The goal should be that the sim is usable for all customers, having VR, TrackIR, or none of that.

UHF radio goes from 225.000 to 399.975 MHz, so 215.00 falls out of that range.

Yeah, you're right. I took the shot at the wrong moment. No difference though:

Tried to replicate in the OB: working as it should be for me. (see my TACAN config below) If you still have issues, do you have a track ? Tested this: the setting (currently) doesn't make a difference at all. Looks similar to screenshots above. Reported.

In the editor, there always has been an option for the tankers A/A TACAN to enable/disable bearing. I assume it was included to overcome the fact that the player doesn't have 2 way communication with the tanker and as such can't discuss the rejoin details. Haven't touch the setting for ages, but besides an aircraft capabilities RL, in DCS it should just follow the options as set in the ME.

I would pay full module price again for an A-10C suite upgrade.

RL there’s a whole set of conditions to determine what runway to use at Nellis AFB (have a look in the 11-250), but take off from 03 and landing on 21 is preferred in a lot of those conditions and specially during LFE’s like Red Flag DCS uses the 03 take off/21 landing behaviour.
