  1. Indicates that the aircraft is off the map that is loaded in the aircraft. (the amount of digital map data that can be loaded in the aircraft is limited. Note that you also will have to use HOT instead of DTS for elevation data, otherwise you'll get CCIP errors.
  2. Indeed, only AI aircraft show up on TAD/HMCS In MP, you only see other A-10’s (and the AWACS) This has been reported.
  3. I tried to replicate: hot jet. switch off EAC. EAC + MASTER CAUTION start to flash press MASTER CAUTION MASTER CAUTION stops flashing EAC goes to solid lighted tried the same with generators, boost bumps,... all same result: the advisory light stays on solid until problem is fixed.
  4. Did you maybe make HMCS PRO3 active (without knowing)? DMS right short a couple of times, and you're there. If you're not looking out of the window at the point, you don't see the switch happening. PRO3 does not contain the asterisk that indicates that HMCS is SOI. I started to enable that bit again as part of my startup, because I was also a couple of times puzzled.
  5. The MFD layout was changed per pilot feedback. MAV is now per default on the left MFD. So yeah, the manual needs adjustment.
  6. I can reproduce this in the freeflight instant action mission. Was that where you had it also? All other tests I did, were fine.
  7. That's an extended launcher on those pictures.
  8. It’s workaround in the sim, because we can’t walk outside with a screwdriver to the weapon to set the code. If you want a certain level of realism, you set the codes at mission starts, and never touch them again in flight. If a codes need to change (buddy lasing), you change the one in the TGP.
  9. AGM-65 AGM = Air to Ground Missile So, some might try to make use of it as an A/ A weapon, it is not intended to be used in such way.
  10. Indeed Elevation should come from the CCIP pipper calculations or the HOT setting, SPI generator doesn't matter. See screenshots below (taken with active pause on.) Steerpoint is a WP on top of mount Elbrus (elev 18000+), SPI generator is STPT. Target elevation is +/- 30 ft, so is the elevation below my aircraft. In this example, because the elevation below my aircraft matches the elevation of the target, it is a direct hit. If I would do the same in mountainous terrain, the bomb would go long/short depending on the elevation below my aircraft.
  11. In the CDU: NAV --> TIME --> DTOT ADJUST It alters all the TOT's you have set for WP's.
  12. Maybe reset your bindings ? See if that helps. Definitely not seeing that behavior here, or heard from others they have it.
  13. IMO the best effects with CBU’s are reached when dropping in pairs, and keep the footprint as small as possible for the target.
  14. Bombs fall in a line, at the set setting, centered around the pipper. So with 3 bombs in the profile, 1 will fall at the pipper location, 1 will drop 75' long, the other will drop 75'ft short. Same for CBU's, with the addition that the canisters will open at the configured altitude and disperse the sub munitions. To know the footprint of each canister, you can use this reference: http://www.476vfightergroup.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=73 You have to keep pressing the button until all weapons are released.
