I understand vibrations are part of a real aircraft but I hope you can provide the option to tune it down a bit for this desktop simulator. Making me a little nauseous.
When you progress form a hover into etl you should actually enjoy more lift. Are you sure you're not meaning another condition?
Are you flying a slick gazelle or are you armed with missiles?
Hello Polychop!
I would like the ability to inverse the Joystick controls (for the vertical) for when the joystick controls the Viviane sight. From the tutorial I gather that we will lose the ability to control the Viviane with out stick during multicrew. I hope you will instead find a way to make the pilot have the stick and still control the sight with the stick as a gunner.
I also gained bonus from the purchase. You cannot use bonus for products that are on sale or products from developers that do not support the bonus program.
You're welcome! The developers of the brand new SA342M Gazelle anti-tank helicopter have stated they will implement multicrew at some point. No idea when that will be completed, though.
Unfortunatly you cannot crew a Huey together. It's a dream for many of us. The multicrew is brand new tech in DCS and so far only the L39 supports it.
The player can take place in the gunner seats himself with the (1,2,3,4) keys
Heya Polychop.
Great work on the Gazelle. However I do have a question. Is ground effect not modelled yet? I seem to be getting no effects when getting close to the ground. And I can find no power setting that only enables me to hover close to the ground.
weapons employment? This is one of the few flight regimes where it did not actively try to kill me. I had some more luck on my 2nd time flying. Although I suffered a G-LOC and shortly after that a redout during my "landing"

you need to counteract torque (from the main rotor) with pedal inputs. Every time you touch the collective you should expect to need to adjust your pedals. This is realistic. You can work with the twisty stick of your x55. You could assign one of the rotaries. Preferably one of the two you can work with your thumb on the stick. The best solution would be to get a pair of pedals. If you get a pair with toebrakes they are also very useful for your fixed wing aircraft.
While I have only just gotten the gazelle. The Huey is easier to hover if you trim it slightly downwards and to the left.
SOLVED! thank you very much! The popup was so unsettling I forgot to check the manager. Let's see what the hawk EFM is all about while we wait for the gazelle.
Thanks again.
Hello everyone.
I have just purchased to Gazelle + NTTR bundle
I am aware of the fact that the Gazelle has not been rolled out yet to servers. However when I try to play the open alpha, it says I do not own any terrain. I am logged in on the acount I bought the bundle with. I can see my purchase in my profile on Digitalcombatsimulator.com however, it is not coupled with a key unlike all my other purchases.
Thank you for your time and answers in advance.
When the RWR goes off it does not have to mean you have been detected yet. You are being illuminated with enough energy to set the RWR off, but it is not sure if enough energy is reflected back at the bandit for him to see you on the radar.
All the current WW2 modules are at the PFM level. Only some jets included in FC3 have an AFM+ or lower level quality FM, Su-33 and MiG-29 are still sporting an SFM, the lowest quality standard for now but they will be updated soon. I believe both the Hawk and C101 jets have an SFM as placeholder for their final PFM level flightmodels to be completed. Although the hawk is in the process of upgrading right now.
