  1. Thanks, it seems the generator needs some more variables. We also need an option to move around the pressure systems around the map. I spend a lot of time trying to force a weather I like and it shouldn't be like that. Thank you all.
  2. Hi, I'm trying to force the weather to have clouds with precipitation but the problem I have is it generates a lot of wind. I don't want to have hurricanes, I just want clouds with a casual rain. With the static weather is very easy but unrealistic since the whole map has the same weather and I do missions which cross the entire map. How can I do this?
  3. Respawning broken bridges would be easier to do (develop), as I said it wouldn't be realistic but it will add a new gameplay opportunity until we get realistic things like you say. If a bridge is broken and the ground units can't go through water they get stuck forever.
  4. Just a way to repair them. Maybe sling loading cargo for the engineers to fix the bridge, I know it wouldn't be realistic if it gets fixed in a few minutes but it will add a new task for multiplayer games. Also repairing other buildings would be nice.
  5. When doing missions with multiple SAMs it gets really difficult with all the yellow circles to understand radar and engagement ranges. Different colors would simplify "reading" zones. Yellow would be good for radar zones Red would be good for engagement zones Also an option to disable radar/engagement circles would be good
  6. With MOOSE you can do something easy like this: spawn_tanker1 = SPAWN:NewWithAlias("tanker1","TEXACO"):InitRandomizeRoute(0,0,10000,1000):InitRepeatOnEngineShutDown():InitLimit(1,6):SpawnScheduled(300,0) spawn_tanker2 = SPAWN:NewWithAlias("tanker2","SHELL"):InitRandomizeRoute(0,0,10000,1000):InitRepeatOnEngineShutDown():InitLimit(1,6):SpawnScheduled(300,0) spawn_tanker3 = SPAWN:NewWithAlias("tanker3","ARCO"):InitRandomizeRoute(0,0,10000,1000):InitRepeatOnEngineShutDown():InitLimit(1,6):SpawnScheduled(300,0) this will spawn the tanker with the name "tanker1" "tanker2" "tanker3" in the mission editor and set their name to "TEXACO" "SHELL" and "ARCO". InitRandomizeRoute(0,0,10000,0) will randomize the waypoints of the mission editor with 10km radious InitRepeatOnEngineShutDown() will respawn the tanker when they land InitLimit(1,6) will limit the ammount of planes active at the same time (1) and the ammount of planes in reserve (6), if reserve reaches 0 (they spawn 6 times) they will not respawn anymore SpawnScheduled(300,0) this will spawn a new airplane every 5 minutes, but it will be limited as 1 active since InitLimit is set to 1 You should learn to use MOOSE, its very easy and powerfull. The most difficult for me is to set up Lua Development Tools and to download the correct MOOSE version . Is not... very clear... https://flightcontrol-master.github.io/MOOSE_DOCS/ https://github.com/FlightControl-Master
  7. It can use LGB but no JDAM. Its enough for me
  8. In general I liked the presentation very much. But I would like it even more if they showed carrier landing, RIO POV and PGM being employed.
  9. Thanks.
  10. 70 minutes passed since the first missile launch and it didn't reload any missile. The SAM was composed by 9 launchers, 1 SNR-75, 1 P-19, 1 Ural-375 located between 160-260ft of each launcher. It launched each missile and it didn't reload.
  11. That explains why I didn't see the DECLARE menu. I thought I was doing something wrong with the F-18  This function would be nice.
  12. I know. I do have rwr and I do have eyes, what I say is I was already in the dogfight and the AWACS was still calling other threats before it said I was in the merge. I have a mission with multiple aircrafts and the AWACS takes a lot of time calling the targets and doesn't prioritize the closest to you. Maybe you're playing with a few enemies.
  13. Why the AWACS in DCS is so useless when you most need it? In particular when you request Bogey Dope it should call the bandits in order, the closest to you should be the first, I don't know if this is true in real life but it makes a lot of sense. A lot of times I got merged with a bandit and the AWACS still calls bandits hundreds of miles away and then after a while it tells me I'm merged. Or sometimes I have the closest bandit at for example at 40nm and it still call bandits further away first. It should have a queue and it should prioritize the most dangerous threats always.
  14. I usually use a FARP for the AV8, I land vertically and for T/O I do a short take-off with low fuel from the "runway" at the side of the heliports. Then I do A2A refueling to fill the fuel tanks.
  15. Yes, its a very old bug. AI see through buildings and shoot like there's nothing in front of them.
  16. Erasing Initial Points in the mission editor doesn't clear the reference point.
  17. Yes, landing with 100% fuel solved the issue. I've lost 3 hours thinking it was my problem or the mission file. I didn't ralate with the reversor bug, I thought it was another one. Thanks.
  18. OMG I'm going crazy. Can someone tell me what's the problem here? https://imgur.com/a/ayp6JKJ I uploaded the mission. The viggen with the name AJS37 (FARP) is close to the FARP Mision ELINT I 0.2b1.miz
  19. In a FARP it doesn't work. I copy pasted the groundcrew group in an airport and it works.
  20. Please can someone tell me if the ground crew is working? Before the update it was working fine, but now no matter how close I'm to the ground crew it tells me I'm to far away.
  21. This is a TACVIEW record of my experience with AI taking off from carriers. They where launched sideways and they continued "flying" this way for a prolonged period of time. The aircraft affected were the E-2C and the SU-33 01 both at 41 seconds. Tacview_error_carrier.rar
  22. I've replayed the track and I had the same problems as you.

It would be really nice as the F-15E and the F-14B We need dual seaters.
  24. Rockets in DCS always were useless. I also have this problem were the rockets fall short from were I aim, and I shoot them well inside the firing range.

For me it was IMPOSSIBLE to refuel. One day I said "I need to practice this". I've spent I don't know..., an hour maybe more until I could do it consistently. Then day after day I practiced at least 1 refueling and now I can refuel without major issues. The trick is not to focus on the basket but in the tanker, flying in formation, as you come closer you approach to the basket with your peripherial vision. Try to approach slowly and steady. Now I can do it in one go. The F-18 is much easier than the Harrier because you have the probe in front of you. Its just practice, if you can't maintain the same distance from the tanker, practice flying in formation for several minutes.
