  3. Because we have a USAF Strike Eagle.
  4. I mean those aren’t AAA Studios.. The time and effort that passes until a new guy is continuing is immense also. I don’t know how it’s in this case but it’s not unlikely that Poly does this as a spare time project as well and not like Activision. But I don’t know I’ll just chill with what we have until then anyway…
  5. Are you missing a specific state of damage? With the different calibres I’m with you but we have that already just not with much feedback.
  6. Id like to report a bug that the NASAMS does often not do any harm to enemy planes. Heres a video with Mi-24 but MIG-25 at least have the pretty same effect so far.
  7. I think i phrased that poorly. My problem is not that they have the capability nor that they attack you! The opposite is the case, im a fan of that so far. The point bothering me is how good they are at it! My tail was blown off once by a T-55 with its main gun @ 3,5 km manuevering down low in a MI-24 going @ high speed. A Tank which has severe problems hitting a other moving tank, hit me, going 4 times the max speed of other tanks. Yeah i doubt that. In contrast when i was hit by a tank while hovering in a battleposition with a ATGM: i take that! That should be like that with the little exception that i sometimes envy their Situational Awareness in their iron-coffin. But as said before, in generall absolutley earned kill for them! But being shot with fairly maneuverable missiles every time while in 4 km of a Tank is not thing in reality from a tanks perspective! What i further wrote is the Infantry with AIM-9X seeker as eyes, what i meant with that is that they are very very good at hitting fast objects with their rifle. Same goes for the HMG of the commander of a tank. They are a bit too good with that. Not that they shouldnt hit a thing just thats it a bit extreme right now sometimes. But that went off topic, sorry for that if you want to go further in you can DM me.
  8. Good to know the bug is on my end only. I´ll look into it. Thanks!
  9. Hello, The Main engine sound is missing with the E-2D Hawkeye. Would be great if someone could validate this so to make sure its not a local problem of mine. With kind regards
  10. In my honest opinion thats a core game problem that a T-62 has the capabilitys of a SAM site (to be clear: i intented to adress the accuracy against even moving targets and its Situational Awarness) and rifleman having aim-9x seeker as eyes...
  11. I can say that the targets were below and the map was Caucasus. I personally have the suspicion that multicrew could have had a negative influence. I know that there were problems in the first release of the Lima with the Multicrew. At least I could watch haven’t great success alone and total failure under perfect conditions in multicrew…
  12. Hello, id like to know if there are any news on the 70mm Rocket variants featured in the manual already but not in game yet. i understand that they are not top priority but still would be interesting. Especially White Phosphorus would be neat for the FAC-A role. Thanks in advance
  13. Asking a general question: I have the assumption that the limas have a real problem with mountain terrain, even if fired under „good“ circumstances. So to get to my question, can it be that the Lima has problems with targets on that are on slopes? (Even LOBL shots missed).
  14. This does more belong to the FLIR thread of the Core game i assume. The RCD means Record and at the moment saves "Screenshots" of selected sensor in your saved game files (Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\ScreenShots\F15E_Recordings).
  15. Known issue
  16. Yes, in the ASE Menue you can select for which threat the "AUTOPAGE" (ASE Page Right Top) shows the threat. Autopage is the function that selects the TSD with the ASE informations overlayed. If you dont want this to happen at all select Off / None. You can limit this for example for threats that are tracking you actively for example.
  17. Jokes on you! In the 64 its a bit different: Area: Best i can do is LMC which corrects a motion but does not track the background. There is nothing else for this. Point: You have IAT which is a solid point track. You can even do multiple and then switch between them. I recommend: - Wags on IAT and - Bradmick for LMC
  18. Man kennts 25 Uhr 59.. EDIT: Leider jetzt erst gelesen. Achten wir beim nächsten Mal besser drauf. Keine Ahnung wer den Text reingestellt hat, im Newsletter war die Zeit richtig.
  19. Did he play with the menu’s? Maybe he disabled the laser again?
  20. ED relates their Modules to a specific Aircraft almost. That means that if for example said nation did not field them but one other did just not the one of the modeled Aircraft, then we dont get certain things! Generally speaking.
  21. Make a cold start on ground and not from parking as a workaround.
  22. There shure is: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/ I dont really get what the artist is trying to express but there are two versions of DCS to download: Stable and OpenBeta! OpenBeta gets new stuff first but has to deal more with unfinished work. Stable is designed to be as bugfree as possible and reasonable but "lags behind" with content. You can even have both installed at the same time. When you try to access stuff from the OB you´ll end up quite disapointed...
  23. Programing is not implemented yet. But in the Backseat you should have the possibility to just dispense the one or the other by a switch (WSO, Right, pretty aft) Manual Page 509
  24. You have a typo: SA-2 Guideline (S-75 Dwina) mixed up with the SA-5 Gammon (S-200). But does the handbook say S-75 oder S-200?
