Yeah, unfortunately the -C does not carry MICA, we'll have to wait for a 2000-5 before being able to use Fox 3.

This is a DCS problem in fact, Razbam is not the only one creating current theater of operations for a 80/90's plane set.

I don't share your feeling. Most of the members I see (rightfully) complaining are the ones really involved into mastering their plane. I still fly the Mirage exclusively and the last few patches have been really annoying to say the least. People with multiple planes can always switch to another plane when they're getting bored for whatever reason, but some of us are "stuck" with the chaotic developement of their plane.

What happened to the new Razbam communication policy adopted during the last summer holidays ? The last "Monthly update" was released in November 2018, we're already in February 2019, no more sharing and transparency with the community then ?

Let's agree to disagree, there's a lot to do regarding optimization of the engine to perform better in VR environment. Wags has stated multiple times that the team was already working on it and that we should see improvement in the future. Other sims as demanding as DCS run way better because they went all the way for VR adoption. We'll have to wait some more time to benefit from the work being done by ED but we'll eventually get there. I want to believe

Hello Capthaltli, I just read a message on Pimax's board about the release of their brainwarp technology. Do you think you could test it and give us your impressions a week from now ? At least those of us still waiting for their headset will have a better understanding of what we can expect within DCS when we'll receive our units. Thanks !

I am pretty happy with their decision to postpone the MiG-19 launch, I think it's the right thing to do. Plus, this is not the same team working on the MiG, those guys told they would deliver a complete module and they seem to stick to it, we cannot blame them for being true to their word.

Business as usual. I just don't take for granted any of the statement from the team now ; we're already in February and the overhaul should be completed by May 2019 according their october status update. It seems a lot to do in just four months. If they succeed to deliver, good for them to keep their word for once if not it will be just a continuous streak of missed deadlines.

From what they said in October 2018, a -5 with MICA is happening. It's not a matter of "if" but "when". The -D version is in the realm of possibility but for this specific version nothing is set in stone at this moment. Plus, the -5 will be scanned with their new process during their next trip to France.

This is one question that need to be answered by Razbam. Also, I think we reached a point where they promised so much and never kept their word that it becomes more and more difficult to be optimistic about the future. These questions are legimitates as we are customers and Razbam's backers.

You don't fly this plane seriously, don't you ? If it was your only bird, perhaps you would find it a bit more problematic. But hey, who am I to express my point of view, right ?

Please, don't rush Razbam into releasing a new plane when they have so MUCH to do yet with their current plane set. A lot of people were pushing them to release the Harrier last year even the Mirage war far from being completed. Today, the Harrier pilots seem to be in the same spot as the Mirage pilots felt when Razbam announced their next module. That's a nonsense to ask for more planes every other day when the ones we actually have are still a work in progress and won't be finished for a long time (the Mirage is a 3+ years product, remember ?). I wish, we, as customers, were more responsible regarding our constant need for something new and shiny ; we could at least relieve a bit of pressure from dev teams who feel obligated to deliver to maintain the "hype".
